“Bryce is our lifesaver . We have a dog with a lot of anxiety about EVERYTHING. He was great with remembering her medications and patient when bonding with her . He was a fantastic communicator and collaborated with us to find the best times for home visits. He implemented adaptive strategies when working with our challenging dog. He also cleaned up A LOT of messes with no complaint and showed compassion for our dogs. We have found a true gem and are excited to have him come weekly to maintain the bond built with our pups until the next time we need him for a vacation .”

“Jackie saved the day!!! She was able to let my puppies out on short notice and she was fantastic. Sent me pics and updates and I can’t thank her enough. Will definitely be using her again!!!”

About: Dogs may wear their hearts on their sleeves, but cats make you earn their trust - and I love them both for it. I grew up with both cats and dogs, so I understand the unique quirks, personalities, and care needs that come with both. My goal is simple: make your pets feel loved, safe, and as comfortable as possible until you come back home to them (with plenty of photo updates, of course!) ♥️🐾 I work remotely, which gives me flexibility throughout the day for dog walks and drop-in visits. I’m available for both recurring weekday care and occasional visits, including cat care while you’re traveling. My schedule varies throughout the week, so feel free to reach out to me with the days and times you’re looking for - I’m always happy to see if we can find a schedule that works! I believe pets are happiest when they can stay in the comfort of their own home and maintain their normal routine. My goal is to keep their day as consistent and predictable as possible, giving them the individualized care they need.
About: Throughout high school, my family fostered dogs through a local rescue, where we had the opportunity to take in dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments. I’ve grown up with dogs and around animals and I have always been the go to pet and house sitter for friends and family! I have taken care of my own dogs in addition to fostering dogs for about 2 years and dog sitting for families for over 3 years! I am currently a college student at Lehigh University living on campus and I do have a car, so I am more than willing to stop by and care for your pets or dog and house ist for longer times if needed! Having experience in dog sitting in addition to fostering dogs and cats, I have a good understanding of how to care for a pet and how to cater to their needs and their environment, no matter their size, temperament, or age!

“Megan did a wonderful job taking care of my buns! Consistent check ins- followed instructions- they are usually shy but even came out for treats and photos. Such a great experience-can’t thank her enough! Highly recommend.”

“Rebecca is the best! She takes careful care of our Sadie several times per week. She is a good communicator, and always timely. She’s trustworthy and friendly which makes our life all too easy! Highly recommend.”

“Lindsey did an amazing job with my two dogs and three cats when we were away. My dogs were happier than they’ve ever been upon returning home. Lindsey sent me pictures which was a plus as well. I highly recommend Lindsey!”

“Working with Niki has been an absolute blessing. I never have to worry about a thing with her around. We use her several times a week, multiple times per day. She is trustworthy, reliable, timely, flexible, and has an eye for detail when taking care of our 6 month old Sadie. Niki is simply the best!”

About: I have been a pet care provider through a private company for 10 years, but my passion for pets started long before that. My first pet experience was with cats, which I have owned and cared for since the age of 5. My first dog was a Belgian Malinois, followed by two yellow labs, which gave me a love for bigger dogs. I raised and trains all of my dogs from puppy to adulthood. However, I have worked extensively with all breeds including pit bulls, chihuahuas, terriers, golden retrievers, and mastiffs, and German Shepards. Therefore, I am very adaptable to all types of dog breeds. My aim is to be as individualized and specialized to each owner and pets needs and expectations. Walking, drop ins, and training 7 days a week. Pet sitting/house sitting: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday I am unavailable Wednesdays and Thursdays 2:30-10 pm I match how the pets are cared for in each of my clients homes. Again, my aim is to ensure my services are individualized to the client and pets needs. I would want to maintain the same standard of care to ensure maximum comfortability.
“Holli is great! She is super attentive and caring with my puppies. She follows direction and go above and beyond to ensure the puppies are taken care. Thank you Holli for taking care of my babies!!! Highly recommended!!!!!!!”

“Denise was so easy to work with and fit me in last minute. My dog really took to her and she doesn’t usually warm up very quickly. I would definitely recommend and use her again in the future”

“I appreciated Ashley coming in while I was not home and letting Harry out for a little R&R! She is very responsible and dependable, and I felt very grateful for her services.”

About: As a lifetime lover of all friends furry and fluffy, I’m passionate about giving cats and dogs all the joy and love they can possibly get! I am a cat mom of two mischievous felines who make it their mission to keep me on my toes, as well as a doggy auntie to several different flavors of canine. I have many years experience with a variety of pets, particularly cats and dogs, and would be thrilled to be another human playing a role in helping to take care of yours! Of my two cats, one of my boys is a tripawd with a special dietary regimen, so I am especially familiar with cats whose needs may be more specialized! I also have experience administering medications to cats, both orally and topically, and would absolutely be comfortable adapting to any additional needs for your furry family members! While I don't personally have any dogs at the moment, I got to call two Labradors and a rowdy little beagle family throughout my childhood, and I now have the joy of calling several dogs of various sizes, shapes, and flavors my nieces and nephews! I have experience sitting for dogs of various breeds and love any opportunity to get a pup outside on a walk or romp around the neighborhood. There's steps to be made, trees to sniff, and squirrels to be suspicious of, so I'm happy to drop in and get your fur babies out for their walk! Whatever your pets’ routines—from feeding and refreshing water, to scooping litter boxes or going for walks, as well as all the playtime and cuddles in between—I am here to ensure they are well cared for and feeling the love. Your pets are your family and caring for them is just as important to me as caring for my own! My regular day job has fairly standard hours on weekdays, however, my availability beyond that for morning, lunchtime, and later afternoon/evening appointments is flexible! I also have plenty of weekend availability, especially during those peak times of the year when summer vacations, fall sports weekends, or holiday travel keep humans at their busiest! I am local to North Side Bethlehem for clients within walking distance and I have reliable transportation for clients outside of walking distance. My two kitties, Howl and Ichabod, spend their days romping around our house, sleeping in sunbeams, and generally causing mischief for their mom and dad! They both often exhibit different activity levels, though, so I am very familiar with the varying needs of cats. Whether your cats like a lot of playtime or simply prefer cozy light snuggles, I will make sure they are feeling safe and cared for! And for my canine clients, I am always ready for some playtime in the yard, a walk around town, or some solid belly rubs! Whatever your pets love and will make them feel most at home is how I want to operate. And as a pet parent who can’t get enough photos of my cats, I know the importance of sending plenty of photos and videos! Consider me your pet’s temporary personal photographer whenever I visit because you’ll definitely get more photos than you know what to do with!
“Joan was great! She checked in on our 2 dogs while we did a day trip to Maryland. She was great about communicating and sending me updates & pictures. My dogs loved her!”

“Kirsten was awesome with my cats. They are both shy and or particular. She had them coming out to great her, playing and asking for pets. She clearly cares about animals and took great care of my babies. Would recommend and engage her services again!”

“Emma was amazing, came over prior to our last minute weekend trip for the holiday, met our pets, saw where everything was, and then took great care of them while we were gone -- checking in with me at each stop in. It was so appreciated!!”

“Marie did a fantastic job caring for our fur babies. We are very particular about the care of our 2 Ragdoll boys. Marie made us feel comfortable right from our first meeting. She gave great updates with plenty of pictures throughout our time away from home. She was also quickly responsive when I would send her a message while we were away from home. We would absolutely recommend Marie to family and friends. Actually we already have!”

About: Had my first pet at a young age and I have always shown them love and attention. Love how much they just want to be Love and be Loved. Work part time and have lots of time to Pet Sit. Very flexible with my schedule and this is something that will be perfect for me to do as I love and do well with our Fur Family. I've got a yard with fence around it and for my cats they have a cat litter box on each for so they have easy access to it. I'm very attentive to making sure their cat litter gets scooped up daily to keep them happy, healthy and comfortable.

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Fountain Hill
Amy provided great care for our two kitties while we were away on vacation. She sent photos of them, made sure they had a clean litter box, and provided special dietary care for one of them. She went above and beyond to check on them extra when our HVAC broke during a heat wave. Thanks Amy!

Peter took wonderful, attentive care of my two Cats, dropping in for an hour each day to play, pet, groom, tidy-up, and keep them company while I was away. Peter is comfortable, friendly, funny, and made my first Rover experience incredibly easy & pleasant! He also listened carefully to my priorities and preferences and sent detailed communications daily. An all-around great guy that I'd trust with any animal and recommend to any friend and neighbor!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
