“Denise was wonderful with my cat, Stella. She helped me out last minute when my sitter backed out. So glad I found her! Stella took to her immediately. I will be using her services again!”
“Alec is amazing! Our cats are looked after while we were on vacation. Didn't have to worry about them as he gives us updates on his drop in visits. Will definitely book him again for our future travels that we can't bring our furbabies.”

“Messaged me a lot of updates and videos. It’s great to know someone is following the suggestions to keep your overactive border collie happy. Did everything asked and even put the toys back they played with”

“Cynthia went above and beyond to care for our boys as well as our house while we were away. She kept us well-informed throughout our trip, so we knew the cats were in great hands. We would love to hire her again!”

“We have had Nikki visiting our cat, Jynx, for two weeks. She is an amazing communicator and treats Jynx like her own. She takes such good care of him on her visits. She is also great when she reports what she did and how Jynx was in the post visit Rover card. We love, Nikki. If you have a cat or a dog she will be a great fit.”

About: Hi! I am Tara. I am a caring, dependable animal lover who is offering cat-only drop-in visits. I have over 20 years of cat care experience, including many years as a devoted cat mom to Molly and Lily. They are forever in my heart! Caring for them taught me the importance of routine, patience, and responsibility in animal care. I have also cared for friends' cats and dogs over the years. I feel very comfortable supporting pets with established routines, including shy or sensitive animals who benefit from a calm, steady presence. Personally, I have been a Rover client myself and I know how reassuring it is to feel confident that your pet is in good hands when you are away. That positive experience is a big reason that I wanted to offer the same sense of care, reliability and peace of mind to others. Professionally, I work in education and have spent many years in roles that require care, strong attention to detail, dependability, and clear communication. I bring that same level of care to pet sitting. I show up when I say I will, follow your instructions closely, and provide genuine care. My schedule is flexible and I am available for day time and early evening appointments. I always confirm availability in advance and I always communicate clearly. I respect clients' homes and I follow all care instructions carefully. I prioritize safety, clear communication, and consistency during every visit. I am happy to discuss routines, specific instructions, and any specific needs ahead of time to ensure your cat is comfortable and well-cared for.
“Casey was available last minute for check-ins on my dog while I was in the hospital. She put me at ease during our meet-and -greet and Joy really liked Casey too 💛 Casey is great at communicating and will definitely have her help me again when the need arises.”

About: Growing up I wanted a pet so badly but unfortunately, I had a parent that was allergic to cats and fur. I spent years taking care of all the neighbors pets of any size breed or age eventually when I was in the eighth grade my parents got a hyper allergenic dog. I loved her so much and spent so much time with her and taking care of her. Unfortunately, I lost her unexpectedly in 2024 but since then I become a first time cat owner, and I am loving it. I love animals and I love taking care of pets. I hope to connect with you to discuss how best to take care of your pets so that you know they’re getting the best care. During the weekend I have full availability to take care of your pets. During the week, I have a flexible, work schedule with an option of working from home two days a week. Thursday specifically are a more difficult day for me to get out of the office, but my flexible schedule allows me to take the time to take care of your pets. I like a balance of active engagement and rest. I am an active person that loves to be outside and can keep up with the most energetic pets. I am also a bookworm and know the joys of sitting on the couch, reading a book with a snoozing pet.
“Erika did a wonderful job sitting for our three cats during our vacation - our shyest cat (who usually hides when we're away) was out and had conversations with her! Highly recommend Erika, she's great with animals and very communicative.”

Catasauqua cat parents share their Rover experiences
Janet is reliable and knowledgeable about cats, having a couple herself. She didn't take it personally when my cat kept his distance because he doesn't know her well. She prepared his food to specs and he emptied his bowl each feeding per my daughter's reports when she visited each morning. She was also kind enough to water a couple of outdoor plants for me and refill my birdbath and squirrel bowl with fresh water each day. Also, she was very gracious when I had to cancel this trip the first time I booked it because of a family medical situation. Overall, Janet is a great gal and I will definitely use her again.
Once again Emily is the best pet sitter we could ever ask for! She is so detailed with her reports and provides all the photos possible. Even went to make sure she found Mookie on our first day gone because she didn’t come out to great Emily. Emily also provided the cutest photo shoot of mookie wishing us a happy wedding day. I am so grateful to have her care of our beloved kitty. She will always be our go to! Thanks emily!!!
