What attracted my attention at the beginning was Scott’s long term experience of taking care of dogs and turned a rescued dog into a therapy dog. During meet and greet, Scott was transparent and he told me his life stories particularly with dogs by showing many pictures. He missed his last dog Jack very much. He also patiently learned my dog’s behavior in order to make my dog being less stressful and comfortable during boarding. He was willing to make changes to accommodate my dog’s behavior and he prepared well before I dropped off my dog. He updated me at least once a day with multiple pictures. We chose the boarding option, and Nimer had the best time at Joan's house, sleeping on her bed, playing in the cat tunnels, and climbing the cat trees. He also got along so well with her ferrets! We did an initial meeting before I dropped him off which was nice to do ahead of time and he had some tips to make the transition easier. David took great care of my very nervous dog. We had never boarded him before because he's so anxious but this went really really well.
Pamela did a great job caring for Sydney. She made sure Sydney received all her meds and kept us updated on her settling in. Our dog is a bit of a puller on walks but Pamela was able to handle this without issue. This is our 2nd time using Pamela and would recommend her to anyone.
This is the second time we’ve left blue with Renata. She is well taken care of. She loves going over to hang out with Renata‘s dogs and Renata gives us plenty of updates and works with us. If we’re running late from returning from our trip, I would recommend her for anybody who has a large breed dog. Her dogs are well behaved and she knows what she’s doing!
