“She did a great job with Maverick! She was communicative, left a detailed update, cleaned up after a puppy accident without hesitation, and made sure he had plenty of playtime and potty breaks. I felt much better knowing he was in good hands. I'll definitely book with her again.”

“David did wonderful, even with my older cat with her meds. He made sure Scooter took her meds. Communication was great. Pictures every day. The cats ate all their food for David, even better than for me. Thanks David.”

“We have used Cynthia several times she always goes above and beyond for our animals and she even makes sure the house is tidy and mail is put inside. She's the most wonderful, reliable pet sitter. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟”

About: Currently, I work full time during the week, but I will be unemployed around the end of August. I have my Bachelor's in Biology and Master's in Biotechnology. I have had animals all my life, and I could not imagine living without them. I currently live with two sassy kitties. I would ultimately love to have a farm of some sort with a wide array of animals like donkeys, cats, dogs, ducks, and much more! I am very easy going and adaptable. I will be unemployed as of the end of August, so I will have more than enough time to spend with the furry babies. I still currently work full time, but my week day nights and weekend days are open! I rigorously follow whatever schedule of the pet's, and make sure that basics are always covered such as full water, clean litter boxes, enough playtime, etc.
“Denise was so easy to work with and fit me in last minute. My dog really took to her and she doesn’t usually warm up very quickly. I would definitely recommend and use her again in the future”

“Emma was great! She sent great updates, always letting me know when she was starting her visit and then pictures and updates for how her visit went. Blaze enjoyed his time with her, and I came home to a happy, cared for cat. I would absolutely recommend Emma to anyone needing a sitter!”

About: I have many years of experience caring for my own pets, including dogs, cats and fish. I have also been walking, feeding and house sitting dogs since I was in high school. I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine and comfort level, so I can assure you I always take the time to make sure they feel safe and cared for. Whether your pet needs a walk, a check-in, playtime, feeding, or just some extra attention while you’re away, I will treat them with the same patience and care I give my own pets. I am currently a teacher on summer vacation with lots of free time to care for your fur babies. When the school year starts back up I am still available from 3pm until 7:30 am for walks, check-ins, and house sitting! Your pet’s safety and comfort will always be my priority. I will follow their usual routine as closely as possible, keeps doors and gates secure and ensure they have fresh water, food and exercise based on your instruction. I understand how important trust is when someone is caring for your animals and entering your home, so I will be respectful, dependable and provide updates to help you feel comfortable while you’re away.
“Justina did an excellent job caring for our three cats while we were away. She provided frequent updates and amazing photos that gave us peace of mind and showed that our fur babies were happy, comfortable, and well cared for. It was clear she took the time to make sure they received plenty of attention and care during each visit. We came home to three happy cats and felt completely confident that they were in good hands while we were gone. We highly recommend Justina and will definitely be booking with her again in the future! 🐾💕”

“Holly was amazing. She took care of my reactive dog overnight and was so patient. She sent lots of pictures and left little notes about how she was doing. Will definitely book again!”

“We cannot thank Amber enough for helping out with our pets while we were away. We have a very nervous puppy so we didn’t want to board him outside our home. Amber came over every day to let them out and feed them. She took our pups on walks and even our shy kitty started creating her at the door when she arrived. We will definitely be using Amber again since she’s so patient and kind to our pets!”

“Julianna has pet sat for me a couple of times and I will definitely hire her again in the future. It gives me great peace of mind knowing when I have to go out of town there is someone I can trust to care for my cats.”
About: Growing up I wanted a pet so badly but unfortunately, I had a parent that was allergic to cats and fur. I spent years taking care of all the neighbors pets of any size breed or age eventually when I was in the eighth grade my parents got a hyper allergenic dog. I loved her so much and spent so much time with her and taking care of her. Unfortunately, I lost her unexpectedly in 2024 but since then I become a first time cat owner, and I am loving it. I love animals and I love taking care of pets. I hope to connect with you to discuss how best to take care of your pets so that you know they’re getting the best care. During the weekend I have full availability to take care of your pets. During the week, I have a flexible, work schedule with an option of working from home two days a week. Thursday specifically are a more difficult day for me to get out of the office, but my flexible schedule allows me to take the time to take care of your pets. I like a balance of active engagement and rest. I am an active person that loves to be outside and can keep up with the most energetic pets. I am also a bookworm and know the joys of sitting on the couch, reading a book with a snoozing pet.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
