“David was very good with Dagger. He played with him and took him on little walks around outside the house. He did what we asked and did a good job of taking care of our dog. Thanks again David!”

“This was my first experience and I was very nervous about the process. Nikki came over beforehand and did a meet and greet with my dogs and answered all my questions. She was very patient and reassuring. I would highly recommend her as she was able to handle my 4 dogs without an issue and communicated with me the entire time!! Thank you!!”
“Emma was amazing, came over prior to our last minute weekend trip for the holiday, met our pets, saw where everything was, and then took great care of them while we were gone -- checking in with me at each stop in. It was so appreciated!!”

“Denise was so easy to work with and fit me in last minute. My dog really took to her and she doesn’t usually warm up very quickly. I would definitely recommend and use her again in the future”

“Cynthia took excellent care of my fur children!!! All four of them. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a cat sitter. Will definitely schedule her again when I go away. Thank you Cynthia!!”

“Justina did an excellent job caring for our three cats while we were away. She provided frequent updates and amazing photos that gave us peace of mind and showed that our fur babies were happy, comfortable, and well cared for. It was clear she took the time to make sure they received plenty of attention and care during each visit. We came home to three happy cats and felt completely confident that they were in good hands while we were gone. We highly recommend Justina and will definitely be booking with her again in the future! 🐾💕”

“Lorraine is seriously the best!! So caring and responsible! She took the time to listen to my concerns with my puppy and has met and exceeded every expectation!! Would highly recommend her!!”

“Absolutely AMAZING! Most of the time she stayed with our dogs longer than the designated time frame and took extremely good care of them. She left detailed notes and pictures EACH and every visit!!!! It was so nice to know my dogs were in great care while we were away on vacation.”
“Holly was amazing. She took care of my reactive dog overnight and was so patient. She sent lots of pictures and left little notes about how she was doing. Will definitely book again!”

“Alec is easily one of the best sitters on this app. He is caring, considerate and timely at all times. Very responsive and trustworthy. I will continue to go to him knowing my dog will be in good hands.”

I like a balance of active engagement and rest. I am an active person that loves to be outside and can keep up with the most energetic pets. I am also a bookworm and know the joys of sitting on the couch, reading a book with a snoozing pet.

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - North Catasauqua
Janet is reliable and knowledgeable about cats, having a couple herself. She didn't take it personally when my cat kept his distance because he doesn't know her well. She prepared his food to specs and he emptied his bowl each feeding per my daughter's reports when she visited each morning. She was also kind enough to water a couple of outdoor plants for me and refill my birdbath and squirrel bowl with fresh water each day. Also, she was very gracious when I had to cancel this trip the first time I booked it because of a family medical situation. Overall, Janet is a great gal and I will definitely use her again.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in North Catasauqua. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
