“Jessica has been the absolute best. My Zoey girl is very shy and bit tough to get going sometimes but she always does it with such gentle hands. She always sends a checkup picture after the walk and she is very punctual. 10/10 recommend her services.”

About: We have 10+ years experience boarding in commercial facilities and in our home, in a previous state. Will worked as a dog trainer for a time, went to school for dog training & worked under a mentor, but ended up stopping just before receiving his CPDT-KA certification. You can also check out our boarding business' website (The Bone & Breakfast) to read more about my (Hailey) experience as a professional, as well as Will’s. We (met at &) both worked at a large commercial boarding facility (100+ dogs a day!) and have handled all sorts of dog breeds & personalities. From teacup Chihuahuas and Morkies to Cane Corsos, Tibetan Mastiffs & Irish Wolfhounds, we’ve worked with them all! We both have experience with administering all types of medications, including eye drops & insulin. We have experience with special needs dogs, and one of our personal pups is deaf & special needs. We have fed all sorts of diets, from prepared raw & natural prey diets, to home cooked & plain kibble. We also have experience with cats, livestock, poultry, rabbits, and some exotic pets. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions! We are mostly homebodies! Hailey homeschools our kids, so other than a couple of hours here & there for errands and extracurriculars, the dogs have someone here with them. When we do have to leave the house, we have crates for dogs who are crate trained, or a dog-safe sunroom in our home. We only crate dogs who are comfortable and familiar with crate use at home. She is caring for our own pets all-day everyday, so fitting your pup into our routine will be a breeze! We have a large, fully fenced yard, and a cooled sunroom just for the dogs! We are fully insured, in addition to the Rover guarantee. We have 4 personal dogs, Junior who is a special needs mini Aussie, Ursa, a hound mix, and in 2025, we adopted Duke, a goofy red lab, and Cody, a playful terrier mix pup. Our cat Wraith is super friendly, and is fine to interact with dogs, or keep to himself if they're too interested. Our dogs are experienced in a commercial boarding facility & have been around a lot of dogs, so are fantastic companions for dogs staying with us. We accept 3-4 guest dogs at a time, and work very hard to only accept dogs at the same time who will do well with the others staying with us.

“Bunny is reliable, responsible and communicates with short notice. She’s great with dogs and keeps me updated with info and pictures of their walks. I can highly recommend her services.”

“Kathleen has been a lifesaver, stepped in at the very last minute after I began fostering a dog and needed coverage for a long work day 2x a week. Raider obviously adores her and she is prompt, thorough and very loving with Raider. I also scheduled an extra visit when I had an unexpected meeting and she was able and willing! She has had to roll with some issues as he is a new foster, out of shelter for 6 months and we are just getting a routine down. Thank you Kathleen!”

With six animals at home, each with their own unique needs, I have developed a comprehensive and structured approach to ensure they receive the best care possible. My pets have varied routines throughout the day, including different feeding schedules and specific dietary requirements. I meticulously manage these schedules to ensure each pet gets the appropriate type and amount of food. Additionally, I have experience administering medication, as one of my cats requires daily medication for a heart condition. This level of detailed and attentive care has equipped me with the skills and dedication necessary to provide exceptional care for your pets as well. Caring for pets, whether in my home or a client’s home, involves a comprehensive and attentive approach tailored to each pet's unique needs. In my home, I maintain a structured routine for my six animals, which includes different feeding schedules, dietary requirements, and regular exercise. Each pet receives individual attention to ensure their well-being. I also have experience administering medication, as one of my cats requires daily heart medication. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow a similar meticulous approach. I carefully adhere to the feeding schedules and dietary instructions provided by the pet owner. I ensure the pets receive ample exercise and playtime, tailored to their energy levels and preferences. I also provide any necessary medications as instructed, ensuring the pets are comfortable and stress-free in their familiar environment. Whether at my home or a client’s, my goal is to create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where pets feel loved and cared for.

I enjoy helping her with the dogs and cats she cares for. It’s nice to meet new people and also get to know a lot of different breeds. We volunteer at the humane society in our spare time. I can assure you your baby / babies will be well taken care of I am 18 yrs old and a senior in high school. I do home schooling so my schedule is pretty open. This will allow me to be able to work around your needs. For dog walks I will speak to the owners about time limits. I know some breeds can’t be in the heat too long or walk too far. If the heat is too hot I will suggest to the owner maybe a different time to keep your baby safe. “Judy is the best! I had hip surgery & needed someone to walk my dog Roxy. On very short notice, I sent a request to Judy on Rover & she quickly responded that she could help me out. She came the next day & when Roxy & I met her, you could just tell how much Judy truly loves dogs! She got down on the ground & Roxy was all over her with kisses. I always said that dogs know what people are genuine dog lovers & who are not. Roxy knew right away that Judy was the walker for her. I totally agree! Judy’s been walking Roxy for over 2 weeks now…she is always on time & is constantly in contact with me. I highly recommend her!”

About: My best friends have always been my animals. I was lucky enough to be raised around horses, cows, donkeys, goats, dogs, and of course cats. I have a large ranch style property where we go for walks throughout the day. An initial meet and greet is appreciated so your kids know me and realize they are safe and one of your dirty shirts is always appreciated so they have your scent. I'm also licensed and insured. I'm a homebody and have a ranch style property. I'm up before the sun and start the day. The "kids" are fed and walked first thing and then we go for walks through the day. Its good exercise for all of us... and they can watch the horses. They live in the home like it's their own. I've been told they get excited when they know their mom and dad are dropping them off. I watch how they react and me and the kids go from there. The property is very large. I even have a fake fire hydrant in the back yard (which is pretty cute). The neighbors horses are always fun to watch and pet in the morning. It's very calm here.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
