“Sage absolutely loves Bunny! She is so sweet and has been prompt with arrival times and makes sure Sage feels special during their time together. She is extremely responsive to messages (takes great pictures!) and we are lucky to have her take care of Sage.”

About: I grew up around horses and dogs, so caring for animals has always come naturally to me. I now balance a desk-based career with pet sitting and dog walking, which is something I genuinely enjoy and prioritize. I’ve cared for dogs with a range of personalities and routines, and I aim to make the experience easy and stress-free for both you and your pet. When I lived in Colorado, I went through extensive training with my own dog, which gave me a strong foundation in structure, consistency, and reading behavior. I now have the best boy, Scruff, and I bring that same level of care and awareness to every dog I work with. What I Provide: * Reliable, consistent care! * Walks and visits tailored to your dog’s energy level and routine. * Updates and photos so you always know how things are going. * Careful attention to behavior, mood, and any changes. * Respectful, clean care in your home and for your pet’s space. * Happy follow detailed instructions, routines, and preferences. * Will adapt to your dog’s positive and negative markers and work with cues that are already familiar to your family. What Sets Me Apart: * Lifelong experience with a variety of pets with a strong instinct for animal behavior. * Hands-on training experience, with a focus on structure and consistency. * Experience caring for a senior dog, so I understand patience, routine, and trust. * Calm, observant approach that works well for both energetic and more sensitive dogs. * Clear, consistent communication so you feel confident while you’re away. I’m very selective about who cares for my own dog, Scruff, and hold myself to that same standard! I’m always happy to do a meet and greet to make sure it’s a great fit for everyone! I currently work part-time, which allows me to maintain a flexible and dependable schedule for pet care. I’m able to accommodate morning, midday, and evening visits, and I prioritize consistency for pets who thrive on routine. Because I have control over my day-to-day schedule, I’m intentional about the bookings I take on to ensure each pet receives reliable, attentive care. This also allows me to be responsive and flexible when needs shift or plans change. I prioritize safety, consistency, and making sure your pet feels comfortable in their environment. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I stick closely to your routines and instructions so things feel as normal and stress-free as possible, whether that’s feeding, walks, or any specific preferences your dog is used to. I’m mindful of the details that matter, like secure leashing, safe entry and exit, and leaving your home exactly as I found it. I also keep a close eye on behavior and energy levels, and I’ll communicate anything notable so you’re never left wondering how things are going. If caring for a pet in my home, I provide a calm, clean, and structured environment where pets can settle in comfortably. My dog, Scruff, is well-trained, and I ensure any interactions are safe, gradual, and a good fit for both dogs, though I don’t do introductions without pet parents first! At the end of the day, I understand how much trust this takes. I treat every pet and home with the same level of care and respect that I expect for my own.
“We are very happy with Mia! She was punctual and pleasant at our meet-and-greet. She took our dog for two walks at the times requested and fed her. I felt like we left Pepper in good hands. I recommend her, and will definitely hire her again.”

“This is the first time I left my dog to go on vacation & I was very nervous about it at first. Maria put me at ease & getting her feedback frequently with pictures helped a lot. I highly recommend her & will use her again.”

“Judy is the best! I had hip surgery & needed someone to walk my dog Roxy. On very short notice, I sent a request to Judy on Rover & she quickly responded that she could help me out. She came the next day & when Roxy & I met her, you could just tell how much Judy truly loves dogs! She got down on the ground & Roxy was all over her with kisses. I always said that dogs know what people are genuine dog lovers & who are not. Roxy knew right away that Judy was the walker for her. I totally agree! Judy’s been walking Roxy for over 2 weeks now…she is always on time & is constantly in contact with me. I highly recommend her!”

About: I grew up with 3 dogs and 3 cats in my childhood home. I have one old boy left from then, and I still help out in his senior years. I have groomed those three at home, and since moving into my own house, I dog sit small-large sized dogs, both in my own home and in clients homes. I regularly brush the dog’s teeth, trim nails, bathe, and brush their overcoat. I also take care of the grooming for my own two cats. I’ve grown up around all different types of animals, so I’m ready for any specific needs your pets have. I’m currently unemployed and dog sitting to make money, so I am free at all times of the day and night to care for your pets. I do not have a fenced in yard, but that’s no problem because I do not mind a little outside time to take them outside on the leash. I have a park down the street that I walk the dogs to so they can sniff around and stretch their legs. I can also do any extra food care, brushing, bathing, medication, or any needs you have from me. I can fit a crate if needed, but I don’t require any kind of crate.
“Jessica has been the absolute best. My Zoey girl is very shy and bit tough to get going sometimes but she always does it with such gentle hands. She always sends a checkup picture after the walk and she is very punctual. 10/10 recommend her services.”

About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up on a farm, I cared for everything from small livestock to beloved family pets, giving me hands-on experience with a wide variety of animals and personalities. Over the years, I've cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, pot-bellied pigs, sheep, goats, horses, donkeys, cows, reptiles, and amphibians. Most recently, I've provided care for senior dogs and understand the extra patience, compassion, and attention they need as they age. My diverse background allows me to confidently care for pets of all sizes, temperaments, and life stages. Pet care fits well into my current routine. I'm currently attending school to become an airline pilot, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to be available throughout the week for walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting. For house sitting and overnight stays, some advance coordination may be needed since I'm a single dad. I pride myself on being reliable, communicative, and accommodating whenever possible. I believe every pet deserves to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owner is away. Whether I'm caring for your pet in your home or mine, I treat your animals, property, and routines with the utmost respect. I take the time to learn each pet's unique needs, maintain consistent routines, and provide attentive care to help them feel secure and happy. My goal is to give pet owners peace of mind, knowing their furry family members are being cared for with kindness, dignity, and genuine affection.
“Kathleen has been a lifesaver, stepped in at the very last minute after I began fostering a dog and needed coverage for a long work day 2x a week. Raider obviously adores her and she is prompt, thorough and very loving with Raider. I also scheduled an extra visit when I had an unexpected meeting and she was able and willing! She has had to roll with some issues as he is a new foster, out of shelter for 6 months and we are just getting a routine down. Thank you Kathleen!”

“Jeffrey takes the time to take care of the dog and build up positive experiences with your animal. I am grateful that he is patient as Zuzu is a bit stubborn. Thank you for all of your help Jeffrey.”

About: My best friends have always been my animals. I was lucky enough to be raised around horses, cows, donkeys, goats, dogs, and of course cats. I have a large ranch style property where we go for walks throughout the day. An initial meet and greet is appreciated so your kids know me and realize they are safe and one of your dirty shirts is always appreciated so they have your scent. I'm also licensed and insured. I'm a homebody and have a ranch style property. I'm up before the sun and start the day. The "kids" are fed and walked first thing and then we go for walks through the day. Its good exercise for all of us... and they can watch the horses. They live in the home like it's their own. I've been told they get excited when they know their mom and dad are dropping them off. I watch how they react and me and the kids go from there. The property is very large. I even have a fake fire hydrant in the back yard (which is pretty cute). The neighbors horses are always fun to watch and pet in the morning. It's very calm here.
About: Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up in a home with both cats and dogs, and I truly cannot imagine life without them as part of the family. That is not just something I say. It is how I live. I have had cats since I was six years old, and my wife and I have shared our home with both cats and dogs our entire adult lives. Right now, our little crew includes our ten year old dog Nara and our two younger cats, Chiri and Lulu. Living in a multi-pet household has taught me how to read different personalities, manage different energy levels, and create a calm, respectful environment where everyone feels secure. I do not see pets as property. They are sentient, emotional members of the family with their own routines, preferences, and boundaries. When I care for your pet, I approach them with patience, attentiveness, and genuine respect. I adjust to their temperament. High energy or shy. Playful or independent. Young or senior. My goal is always the same. Make them feel safe, understood, and comfortable in their own space. My wife brings years of pet sitting experience and previously worked as a dog trainer and consultant. I have learned a great deal from her about behavior, structure, positive reinforcement, and how to respond calmly in different situations. That experience has shaped how I show up with animals. Steady. Observant. Consistent. When caring for your pets, I focus on: • Keeping routines consistent • Providing appropriate play and enrichment • Maintaining clean food, water, and litter areas • Offering calm companionship when that is what they need • Sending thoughtful updates and photos so you feel completely at ease Leaving your pets in someone else’s care requires trust. I take that responsibility seriously. I will treat your pets the way I treat my own. With patience, kindness, and real affection. If you are looking for someone who understands that your pets are family, I would love to help. 🐾 My schedule is flexible, which allows me to give your pet the time and attention they deserve. I focus on keeping their routine consistent, with regular potty breaks, play when they’re up for it, and plenty of companionship rather than quick, rushed visits. I’m available for afternoon and evening visits, weekend care, overnight stays in your home, house sitting, and extended care when needed. Whether your pet needs a few check-ins during the day, weekend coverage, or overnight care, I’m happy to work around what fits best for you. I aim to be present, attentive, and easy to communicate with, and I’ll send regular updates so you can feel confident your pet is comfortable and well cared for. If you have specific timing or needs, feel free to reach out. I’m always happy to find a setup that works well for you and your pets. 🐾 Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for your pets, whether in your home or mine. In your home, I focus on keeping your pet’s routine as consistent as possible. I carefully follow feeding instructions, medication schedules, walking preferences, and any household guidelines you provide. I’m attentive to details like doors, gates, leashes, and secure areas so your pet stays safe at all times, and I treat your home with the same respect and care I would my own. My approach is calm, patient, and low-stress. I use fear-free handling techniques and pay close attention to behavior and subtle changes, especially for pets who may be more sensitive or require extra care. I’m also certified in Dog CPR & First Aid, so I’m prepared to recognize and respond appropriately if any concerns arise. I believe in clear, proactive communication. If anything seems off, I’ll reach out right away so you always feel informed and at ease. I aim to create an environment where every pet feels safe, understood, and genuinely cared for. They’re family, and I treat them that way. 🐾

About: 🐴 A Foundation in Animal Care My passion for animals started on a farm, where I grew up caring for everything from horses to barn cats and dogs. This background taught me how to handle animals of all sizes and temperaments with confidence. My love for animals only grew as I traveled the world as a child, observing how people and pets connect across different cultures. 🐶🐱🐱 Over 15 Years of Personal Dedication I believe in long-term commitment. I have been a devoted pet parent to my Chihuahua, Gatsby, since 2013, and I shared a 12-year bond with my cat, Tabasco. Currently, I’m also a proud parent to a brother-and-sister cat duo I’ve raised since 2021. Whether it’s a senior dog needing a gentle touch or energetic kittens needing play, I’ve seen and loved it all. ✅ Trusted Local Volunteer As a past volunteer at the Humane Society of Vero Beach, I’ve worked hands-on with shelter animals, focusing on socialization, exercise, and enrichment.
