About: Hi, I’m Kristin! I’m an Occupational Therapy Assistant with a flexible schedule and a lifelong love of animals. As a pet owner myself, I know how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for your furry family members while you’re away. I have experience caring for both dogs and cats of all ages, including senior pets and those who need a little extra patience and attention. I currently have a senior dog and an indoor cat, so I understand that every pet has their own unique personality, routine, and needs. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, cuddles on the couch, or simply sticking to their normal routine, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. I believe in treating every pet as if they were my own, and I’ll keep you updated with plenty of photos and messages so you can enjoy peace of mind while you’re away. I’m reliable, responsible, and excited to meet your four-legged family members. I can’t wait to spoil your pets with the love and attention they deserve! I have a 2 bedroom condo with a smaller back patio area. My dog and cat are allowed on my furniture. If need be I can keep my cat in his separate room for increased comfort.

Tracey did a wonderful job taking care of my cat while I was out of town for a couple of weeks! My cat may not have been the most friendly cat, but Tracey made an effort with each visit to try to give her some attention & play time. Great communication, house was just as I left it, no major issues - I would definitely use Tracey again for my pet sitting needs!

I met Kim on Rover and then actually met Kim in person before I/we agreed it would be a good fit. It was. Kim is very professional and friendly and it's obvious how much she cares for pets. That left me with a high comfort level. I really appreciated the notifications for checkins starting/ ending and the photos. I previously had a long- standing pet sitter and was a little nervous using a new service and person. Im glad i met Kim and would definitely reach out again. Thank you!

Jeffrey took great care of our special needs senior lab. He made sure to use his harness, followed his feeding and pill administration instructions, and took amazing photos of our pup! He is super easy to communicate with and very flexible and friendly. We are so happy to have met him and will definitely be utilizing his exceptional services in the future! thank you so much, Jeffrey!
Tiana was amazing with our three fur babies. We have a senior dog with anxiety and over protective; Tiana was able to get her in the back yard and play. We also have an one-year with lots of energy. Also, the cat tends to hide and no one can finder her, but she came out to make her presence known. My animals seemed to have a great experience.

We needed a short notice drop in for our dog Zima and Grace was super helpful! She was very quick with responses and very communicative. She sent us many pictures of Zima during the drop in, which we loved! And we could tell from the pictures that Zima was super happy and comfortable with Grace.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
