About: I've cared for animals my entire life and understand that every pet has unique needs. I raised my tabby cat from birth until she passed away at 16 years old, giving me experience with both kittens and senior cat care. I also raised my Imperial Shih Tzu and my Pomeranian/Shih Tzu mix from puppies through their senior years, so I'm comfortable caring for young pets as well as aging pets who need extra patience and attention. For over 15 years, I also cared for my parents' three Labrador Retrievers whenever they traveled. In addition, I've owned and cared for hamsters, fish, and a turtle. I treat every pet as if they were my own, providing dependable, loving care so you can feel confident they're safe, happy, and well cared for while you're away. About: Welcome to Wiggly Butt Retreat, where dogs are spoiled, snuggled, and adored. I provide calm, home-based dog boarding and daycare designed to feel less like traditional boarding and more like staying with someone your dog already knows and loves. I am generally home throughout the day, so my guests get plenty of attention, affection, playtime, outdoor breaks, and, of course, naps and cuddles. I intentionally keep things small and personal. I mostly care for one dog/household at a time. If I do take more than one, it's always discussed with owners and I'm very selective about the dogs I accept together. I consider personality, temperament, size, energy level, age, and individual needs because I want every dog in my home to feel safe and comfortable. This is not a crowded kennel or large daycare environment. It is my home, and every dog who stays here becomes part of it for a little while. Dogs have been a huge part of my life for almost 30 years. I've raised and trained my own dogs, spent about 15 years fostering and helping rehabilitate abused and neglected dogs, volunteered as a dog specialist in high-stress shelter environments, and completed animal behavior and handling training through Best Friends Animal Society and Salt Lake County Animal Services. That experience has taught me that dogs aren't one-size-fits-all. Some want to play all day. Some would happily spend the afternoon curled up next to me. Some need a little extra patience before they decide I'm trustworthy. And some need more structure, space, or reassurance to feel comfortable. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each dog's personality and figuring out what makes them happiest. Most importantly, I know how hard it can be to leave your dog with someone else. My goal is for you to leave knowing they're safe, loved, understood, and probably being spoiled a little more than they'll admit when you get home. Welcome to Wiggly Butt Retreat. Cozy home, calm vibes, happy tails. I am generally home throughout the day, and I keep our daily routine flexible based on the needs of the pups staying with me. Energetic and ready to go? There will be plenty of walks, outdoor time, play, and opportunities to burn off that energy. More of a couch potato? Laid-back days, cozy naps, and couch snuggles are some of my favorite pastimes! Because I intentionally keep the number of dogs in my care exclusive/small, I'm able to get to know each pup's personality and make sure they get the right balance of activity, attention, play, and downtime. Not every dog wants to do the same thing, and that's perfectly okay. Pups are rarely left alone while staying with me. If I do need to step out, it's typically for a short period of time, usually no more than an hour or two. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my priority. There are no pets or children in the home, which helps create a quieter, lower-stress environment for dogs who prefer a little more peace and consistency. My family are all dog people, so pups are always surrounded by people who genuinely love and enjoy them. We have a fenced patio/run where dogs can safely enjoy outdoor time, stretch their legs, and take easy potty breaks throughout the day. I also have a secure lead setup in the front yard where dogs who enjoy the outdoors can safely relax, sunbathe on the outdoor bed, sniff around, and enjoy some fresh air while supervised. We’re also surrounded by some of Daybreak’s best dog-friendly parks, walking trails, and green space, including areas near the lake, which means lots of safe, leashed walks, fresh air, sniffing, and enrichment. For everyone’s comfort and safety, I require a meet & greet for all new clients to make sure we are a great fit before booking.

About: I have always been the go-to friend, when it comes to taking care of their pets while they are away. Over the years I have had experienced all sorts of dogs and cats, and have given them all the care and love as I do my own pets. ❤️ I’m a full time hairstylist who’s just wanting some animal interaction away from the salon. I have Mondays available from 11-3 to snuggle, walk and play with your fur babies. If I am making a home visit, I will spend 40-60 minutes with your beloved pet. Making sure water is topped off, and feed if need, while giving your pet undivided attention in your absence. If I am dog walking, my dog and I will stop in and take your dog for a fun jaunt and play in the park. (40-60 min). (If my dog doesn’t get along with your dog, we can make it just me.)

About: Ive taken care of cats of all ages since I was 10 and I have cared for dogs all of ages since I was 25. I have experience in training both cats and dogs as well. I now 4 years of training and care for domestic rabbits as well. I have recently stepped away from full time work to care for my daughters during the day and will now have plenty of time during the day and nights to care for your pet when care is needed. I will be available from 10-6 for day care, walks, playtime, and feedings. I will also have be open and available for boarding and overnight stays for those of you who would need that option. I have a fenced yard and two of my own friendly dogs who would love to play and entertain your pup. If crating is needed, I have a crate that can be used for your pup as well. Feeding and hydrating can also be done separately and secluded if preferred.

About: I’ve taken care of a variety of cats and dogs ever since I could remember. There has never been a moment a fur baby is around and I’m not petting it. Sometimes I even like them more than humans🤷5 yrs of professional experience 22 yrs of loving them I’m currently working full time as a dental assistant (Monday through Friday) but the second I get off work (hours depend) I can be ready to go! I have Saturday completely opened and on Sunday’s I can do early mornings until late afternoon I am currently renting and there’s no pets allowed so I sadly won’t be able to bring them into my house. However when I take care of your pets at your house or just daily walks I will make sure they are taken care as if they were my own. I will follow any rules or schedules you have and make sure they are having fun and feeling loved

About: I’ve been a huge animal person my whole life. I’ve always loved helping and taking care of pets and even sometimes wild animals. My family always comes to me when they need help or have questions about their pets. I took a vet assisting class and know a little about wounds and health in pets. I am home most of the time, so I will be able to spend plenty of time with your pets. I am available mainly on week days and sometimes weekends. I have 1 dog who is small that likes to be with my sister most of the time. I also have 3 cats who have their own room. I have a large backyard that is fenced. My back door has a dog door that can lock.
