About: We are a dog loving family with two friendly rescue dogs on our own. Large fenced in backyard to play in, safe and quiet neighborhood. I am available for daily walks or for boarding during the week as well as over the weekend. Will be able to accommodate your fur baby needs. 3. Jolie D.

“Jolie is great with our pups - they love seeing her! She’s also great with communication.”

4. Elizabeth A.
“Elizabeth is the best pet sitter! She was so attentive to my pet and truly gave me peace of mind while I was away. She has also helped me with walks which has been a lifesaver! For anyone with a busy schedule who also wants to make sure their pet is well taken care of, Elizabeth is the best choice. She loves animals and it shows!”

5. Tammy D.
“I have known Tammy for nearly 20 years. She is passionate about her family and her pets! When she visits me my cat naturally gravitates to her the minute she arrives. We both share a love for cats although she also loves dogs. We have spent many days visiting the cat shelter in Fairfax where she is so compassionate for cats of all ages, gravitating to giving the more feeble cats lots of love. Tammy would care for other peoples pets as she does for her own. She is responsible, caring, compassionate and definitely a pet person! Highly recommended!”

6. Ryleigh M.
About: I have had dogs my whole life and I recently moved half across the country without my sweet 4 year old pup. I would love to give my love to someone else’s best friend when they need help! I love going on walks, playing, and giving good belly rubs. I’m a grad student who usually studies from home, so I have time in my day to care for pets, take them on walks, feed them, or provide company for a few hours. More time available on weekends and overnights. I live in a very safe apartment complex. There is a fenced in dog run area if having a dog at my own home. I do not currently have pets of my own living with me. In clients homes, I will treat their places with respect and care and follow their rules for their pets.

7. Angela Z.
“Angela is wonderful with pets and takes very good care of dogs and cats alike. One of the best things about her as a pet caretaker is her enthusiasm and positive attitude that the animals certainly pick up on. She is very attentive to their needs and respectful of their boundaries - she won't pet unless she's been given the okay by an owner and a good sniff from the pet! Once she's welcomed by the pet, she will give all of the love that is needed and more, following any instructions that have been given to her to the letter. Overall, I have no doubt that she is able to take care of any pet, big or small, and bring a lot of love to their life!”

8. Emily T.

“Emily did great with walking our dog! Thank you!”

9. Natalia M.

“Natalia is great, she was always punctual and kept us informed during every visit. We will definitely reach out to Natalia again when we need someone to care for out pets.”

10. Amanda L.
About: I absolutely love pet sitting and caring for both cats and dogs! Spending time with animals brings me so much joy, whether it’s cuddling with a cat or playing with a dog. Walking dogs is especially fun—I enjoy their energy and excitement while ensuring they get great exercise! I am working part time so I am free and available to care for your pets after 2pm Thursday - Sunday! I look forward to helping to care for your beloved animal. I believe pets thrive best in the environment they know and trust, so I provide care that keeps them comfortable and stress-free. I pay close attention to their needs, respect their boundaries, and take the time to earn their trust. I engage with each pet in the way that suits them best—whether it’s rigorous play for energetic pets or gentle reassurance for those who need a calmer approach—ensuring they feel safe, loved, and well cared for.

11. Joy G.
“Joy is a dog lover! I've known Joy for over 5 years when she adopted one of my golden retriever fosters. (Her application to adopt a golden was accepted by As Good as Gold the golden retriever rescue group in IL. Before an application is accepted, a home visit is done. I knew when Joy came to my house to meet Ben, she was totally cleared by AGaG.) Since then she has become my dog sitter and a doggy confidant. She is as much of a crazy dog person as I am. Only a dog lover can understand this. I can give you many examples as to how dog savvy she is, however, because of limited space I'll give you a recent example. She was doggy sitting a friend's dog a few weeks ago. Looking out her kitchen window, Joy noticed that the dog was having difficulty urinating. She called me for my opinion. We agreed that she needed to get this dog to the vet, which she did. It ended up that the dog had bladder stones. Happy ending...the dog had surgery and has made a full recovery. I completely recommend joy for a dog sitter and dog walker.”

12. Peyton N.
About: I have been around animals my whole life caring for family, friends and my own animals. I am able to perform tasks ranging from walking, feeding, bathing and providing medication I currently work part time but I have plenty of time in my take to take care of your pets and all of their needs. I will respect and treat your pets and home as if they were my own. Leaving it how I found it, if not better. I will work hard to meet your pets needs.

13. Kraig M.
About: Lifetime dog owner and several years of experience as a professional dog walker in the heart of Boston, MA! Experienced with all breeds and types of walking equipment. I recently moved to the Midwest from Boston so I'm currently a full-time dog-dad! I have a lot of free time to take care of pets :) I follow all instructions given by you (the owner!) and will keep a constant line of communication with you, should I have any questions or should you need anything! I'm very flexible.

14. steve O.
“My Dad is a recent LF retiree. He loves dogs and loves to walk. He cares for all living beings. Our family always included dogs, big and small. Cats would have been welcome, but my Mom was allergic. He’ll take good care of your pet.”

15. Victoria L.

“Victoria took great care of Rosco and sent me such a lovely & detailed note about their walk with tons of pictures. Highly recommend Victoria”

16. Bianca M.
“I got to know Bianca when we worked together at Bienville Animal Medical Center. She was always such a sweetheart and very hardworking! I got to meet her two furbabies and they so happy with their momma. I reccomend Bianca because she is a huge animal lover with a big heart. She will take as great care for other's pets as she does her own.”

17. Mya A.
About: I’ve only being doing sitting for a few friends in the past year but I will be sure to take care of your fur babies and keep them as safe as possible I’m currently working from 9am until 4pm. I’m available during my lunch breaks for short walks and after work to give special attention to your pets. As for the moment I wouldn’t be offering this service to clients do to my living situation but this option will be available as soon as possible.

18. Alyson C.
“Alyson has two pets of her own, an axolotl and a dog! One of which she keeps in a dorm. Never have I seen a college student take such immaculate care of a pet in a dorm especially since axolotls are notoriously hard to care for and require extra care. She is very responsible and thoughtful when it comes to taking care of her own pets, I know this would extend to other people’s pets as well”

19. Maxwell K.
“Max has cared for our cat and two dogs on several occasions, as both a drop in walker and an overnight pet sitter. He is consistently kind and considerate, demonstrating a real affection for all our pets. Our dogs are always excited to see him! And our cat loves his lap best of all. We highly recommend Max as a trustworthy and kind caregiver for your pets!”
