Once I had my meet & greet with Missey, I felt as though Cole was in great hands. We received daily picture updates and Youtube videos of Cole throughout his stay which really put our mind at east. Once we had agreed to have Cole stay with Missey, she went out of her way to make sure that he felt at home - including calling another one of her friends that had a 1 year old Doxie so that he could come over and play with Cole. When my wife went to pick him up, he seemed happy to see us, but sad to leave Missey. Knowing Cole, that is the highest form of a compliment he can give any human. “Knowing I had to be out of town in August for one week, I began searching for a reliable and qualified dog sitter for my 5-year-old pug early in the summer. Not just any sitter would do! About: I grew up with a dog and loved him very much. He passed away, and the family has not yet gotten another, but I miss caring for a dog. I love all dogs and cats of any size and any animal, for that matter. I am incredibly attentive to animals and always love giving them care, even when they are not mine. I am almost always home and able to pet sit through the day and overnight. I am currently in college, but taking classes online, so I am constantly available to tend to your pet's needs. I am a very active person who can take your pet on walks or runs more than once each day if need be. If your pet enjoys resting, I will also do it with them as I complete work on my computer and will pay close attention to them or snuggle with them if it's what they like. I will care for each pet depending on their specific needs, whether they need to have walks, use the bathroom often, or receive personal care. My home is very safe for pets, as it was already set up for a dog in the past with carpeted stairs and a yard to play in. The yard has a fence around part of it, but it is still open, so if I take your pet outside to play, I will use a leash and keep them in the yard safely separated from any danger. The only other person living in the home will be my mother, who is also an animal lover, but is generally at work during weekdays.

My dog recently got his teeth removed, so I also learned how to take care of him and how to feed him properly with that in mind. I’ve also had to take care of both dogs when my parents are out of town, taking them outside, administering medication, and feeding and providing water for them. I have done the same for my grandparents. I love animals a lot, and I volunteered at animal shelters in high school and can properly care for and clean up after many pets.. I’m currently taking all of my classes online, so I will have plenty of time to take care of your pets! I can be available at any needed times, both weekdays and weekends. I will provide food and water according to instructions. I will keep a clean, safe, and loving environment, and ensure that they get time to play and exercise regularly. I’m great at following instructions, and I am very attentive to any special requests that are given by the owner.
