About: I have years of experience of care for dogs and cats alike! I’ve fostered, dog walked, and house sat including being flown to Florida for house sitting with a hyper active breed. I work a 9-5 for a local business and have ample time on weekends and after 5pm on week days. I would like to walk in afternoons and sit on weekends for those whose schedules align with mine. I grew up with dogs, but currently have a cat who is spoiled to the nines. I use automatic feeders so that she is feed when I am at work, filtered water fountains, and a litter robots. I like to keep spaces clean and a schedule routine.

About: I've had a dog since my teens and have dog sat for various friends and family over the years. We've owned along basically the whole size spectrum, from literally chiuahua to great dane. I have a split work from home schedule so I can watch your pups from Wednesday evening to Sunday. Those days I would be able to stay full time and provide whatever level of attention your dog needs We have a ~600 sqft fenced in yard and dog door, but we would lock and supervise outings for potential diggers and hurdlers (fence is 4 ft).

“Upon our initial Meet & Greet with Adam, my partner and I immediately felt good about working with them. Adam’s sensitivity, attunement, and ability to relate to animals was present from the moment they were introduced to our cat, Gonzi. Adam spent two weeks house/cat-siting while we were abroad and took care of him with an attentiveness and affection equaling our own. We received regular video and photo updates during our vacation. (Adam is a filmmaker, so the videos were extra special). In the videos Gonzi was purring, and had clearly developed a close bond with Adam, something that is quite unusual for Gonzi. Adam’s messages and videos made clear that they are conscientious and thoughtful about how important such updates are for pet owners. As well as being very prompt in communication, Adam was also flexible. Our flight was late, and they kindly made an extra visit that evening after the stay had officially ended. Upon our return, Gonzi was happy and healthy, and had clearly been very well taken care of. Our home was very clean and tidy as well. Adam was a perfect cat sitter for us. Their Rover profile states, “Loving and Professional Care,” which could not be truer. We will have no hesitation in asking Adam to cat/house-sit for us in the future, and we recommend them enthusiastically to other pet owners.”

About: I’ve grown up with animals my whole life- dogs, cats, turtles, birds, hamsters! When i went to college, I began fostering dogs and cats whenever I could. I also enjoy volunteering at local animals shelters to bring dogs on walks. Animals truly bring me so much joy! I teach yoga for a living so i have a pretty flexible schedule with a lot of free time during the day! I definitely need some extra work to keep me busy! I won’t be offering my home. However, I’d be happy to walk dogs- i can go on long walks if preferred. I can feed them and play with them outside and give them lots of love!

About: I have taken care of pets since I was 10. From family pets (dogs and cats) to friends, I've been available to assist in at home care and walking depending on the need. I'm currently working part-time at a barre studio and I also substitute at schools. On days I substitute (unless the schools are on holiday) I am not free until after 2 pm. On days I work at the studio, I have time throughout the day before and after shifts to check on any furry friends. I cannot currently host furry friends at my apartment. However, I am open and available to pet sitting at your home as I have done that many times in the past. It is a great way to not interrupt your pet's routine.

I also ask the owner what to expect from their pet, do they usually get anxiety, are they pretty good about being separated. It is just so I can mentally prepare a little plan of action in my mind to better soothe the pet while you are away. I am patient, loving and generous with attention and affection. This helps to better reinforce that they are safe and everything is ok. I take time to assure the pet they are ok, and associate my being there with positive things and actions. Sometimes just because a pet isn't showing obvious signs of dismay doesn't mean they aren't struggling with the absence of their human(s).

About: I’ve loved animals pretty much my whole life. I got my first dog when I was 15 and I’ve been taking care of him ever since. When I was 13, I’d walk dogs in my neighborhood for some cash, that was my first experience with working with pets. I’m very patient and forgiving which is what makes me a good dog sitter. I’m a full time student, I go to school Tuesdays and Thursdays but I am available every other day of the week and I work from home. I will be providing a caring experience for each of the dogs. I have a big fenced yard perfect to play in and a dog park just five minutes away from my house if the weather calls for it. I have family members who are also big animal people so there will be plenty of loving to go around.
