About: I have had pets my whole life. Also, I prefer dogs but I have a couple years of experience helping out with my sister’s cats. I currently work remotely. So, I can be wherever you need me on any given day or time. I don’t normally work on weekends. I live with my girlfriend and her Boston Terrier ‘Haley’. She has a fenced in backyard to run around in and gets to chase around the ball a lot.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and they’ve always been my favorite kind of company. I’m patient and keep things calm and low-key. I only watch one dog at a time, so you can rest assured that I will treat your dog as if they were my own. Since I work remotely, your dog won’t be left alone much and will get attention throughout the day. I make sure to follow whatever routine helps your dog feel most comfortable. Happy to send you photos and updates throughout the day as well. I’m flexible with pickup and drop off times. I will be with your pup all day, and they’ll get plenty of attention throughout the day. I’m happy to adapt to your pet’s routine. If they’re a high energy dog, they’ll get long walks. If they’re a senior or low energy, I’ll take them on shorter walks or just let them sniff in the yard.

About: I’m a Tulane Law student who has pet sat for friends and neighbors for over 12 years. I have a flexible school schedule and would love to spend my extra time making sure your dogs and cats are safe, well cared for, and having fun while you’re away! I am a full-time student with flexible hours. I have no weekend school or job commitments, and during the week I’m available for walks, check-ins, etc before and after my classes (typically 10-1pm). I’m happy to discuss specifics with you and find a schedule that works best for your pets, so please feel free to reach out! I have experience with animals that are crate trained and those who are not, and am happy to fulfill whatever roles you need to ensure your pets are kept in their routines while you’re away.

“Upon our initial Meet & Greet with Adam, my partner and I immediately felt good about working with them. Adam’s sensitivity, attunement, and ability to relate to animals was present from the moment they were introduced to our cat, Gonzi. Adam spent two weeks house/cat-siting while we were abroad and took care of him with an attentiveness and affection equaling our own. We received regular video and photo updates during our vacation. (Adam is a filmmaker, so the videos were extra special). In the videos Gonzi was purring, and had clearly developed a close bond with Adam, something that is quite unusual for Gonzi. Adam’s messages and videos made clear that they are conscientious and thoughtful about how important such updates are for pet owners. As well as being very prompt in communication, Adam was also flexible. Our flight was late, and they kindly made an extra visit that evening after the stay had officially ended. Upon our return, Gonzi was happy and healthy, and had clearly been very well taken care of. Our home was very clean and tidy as well. Adam was a perfect cat sitter for us. Their Rover profile states, “Loving and Professional Care,” which could not be truer. We will have no hesitation in asking Adam to cat/house-sit for us in the future, and we recommend them enthusiastically to other pet owners.”

About: I previously dog sat over the weekend with my sister using Rover. I loved the experience and am eagerly awaiting to meet new pets! I have pet sat both dogs and cats for friends over the years. Feeding them, taking them on walks, and generally socializing with them while their owner is away for work or vacation. I have free roam rabbit and have taken care of various small animals since I was young. I am always patient and gentle with animals, and love giving pets and cuddles when accepted by the animal. I recently moved back to New Orleans and currently do not have a regular job. I have completely open availability to meet pets in the mornings, afternoons, or evenings. About: Hello, I’m so excited to have you stumble upon my account!! My name is Montanna and I’ve lived in Louisiana my whole life. From Gonzales, to Denham Springs, to Baton Rouge, and now in Uptown. I’m 27 years old and graduated from LSU back in 2021 with a degree in Nutrition. My family has ALWAYS had animals whether it be 14 kittens at once! A couple bunnies, or just a classic family dog. From a very young age I've always felt like animals were my friends just as people were. I love to make a strong connection with pets where I know they know they can trust me. I go on long walks everyday anyway (10-15k steps) and love getting sunshine. About: I started my animal care experience working for the Audubon Science and Nature center in animal husbandry by caring for native and exotic animals, birds, mammals, reptiles and amphibians in outreach and environmental education! My husband and I cared for wild, rehabilated, exotic, domestic and farm animals throughout our careers. My husband has worked in a stable and farm and has experience with horses, goats, pigs, chickens ect. Both working part-time and mostly from home we will love your baby whether it's got fur, feathers ,hooves, scales or semiporous skin! ;-) My husband and I have a flexible schedule working part time and seasonally, with most hours I can set for myself and also often I am able to work from home. He and I make sure all animals are paid lots of attention to and cared for throughout the day and checked on at night. I have two residences one where I have my pets and another where there are no pets so we can discuss your pets environmental needs. Your baby can play with my pets or have the place to themselves if that suits their demeanor.
