Additionally, I have experience crate and home training dogs. I am accommodating to all dogs. I would love to take care of your dog as if it were my own! I am currently post-grad, and have plenty of time to care for your dog. My services are available all week. I can take your dog on as many walks needed. I live in an apartment complex with plenty of space for them to sniff and play around. I will also provide your dog with designated play time to keep its mind stimulated. Any additional request needed can be accommodated as well! I value communication, so I vow to listen to your dogs and your needs and meet them accordingly! I live in an apartment. I love spending time with them and taking plenty of pictures! I have people recommend me very often for pet care to others. I believe in going above and beyond! As previously stated, I work at Mid City Animal House full time, so I do have a bit of a limited schedule. I work from either 6:40am-12pm or 12pm-6pm give or take. But I'm always open to discussing working around these times! I have prior experience with staying at clients homes for extended periods of time. I believe in respecting your space and your animals. I clean up after myself and any messes your pet may make. I respect privacy and any areas of your home you may not want me to enter. I also have experience with administering oral medications for any pets who may need it.

I usually watch just one dog at a time, so you can rest assured that I will treat your dog as if they were my own. Since I work remotely, your dog won’t be left alone much and will get attention throughout the day. I make sure to follow whatever routine helps your dog feel most comfortable. Happy to send you photos and updates throughout the day as well. I’m flexible with pickup and drop off times. I will be with your pup all day, and they’ll get plenty of attention throughout the day. I’m happy to adapt to your pet’s routine. If they’re a high energy dog, they’ll get long walks. If they’re a senior or low energy, I’ll take them on shorter walks or just let them sniff in the yard.

I'm retired now and travel extensively for part of the year, so I'm unable to have pets of my own and thought this would be a great way to keep busy while I am in town. I have a doggy door and a large, gated backyard for games of fetch or hide and seek. I will provide a safe, loving home while you are away or drop-in if you so choose. When I'm in NOLA, I often work part-time from home. I'm retired so you could call me a homebody, and I'm often found working in my garden. In the fourth quarter of the year, I do travel until thanksgiving but will keep my calendar here updated. I am relatively flexible with scheduling. My son recently moved and took his Boston Terrier with him, so there are no longer any pets in my home. I have a large, fenced yard perfect for games of hide-and-seek or fetch, and I'm often in the back as well working on my garden. I do not have any plants that would present a danger. I love to take long, daily walks on the levee, which is only two blocks away...and would love to bring your pet along! I often have family visit, who also love pets.
