“Geraldine was great. She was on time. She asked good questions about Bella and her walking routine/habits. Bella took to her right away and was happy when she returned from her walk. Satisfied so far.”
“Danielle was so kind and flexible when needing to add additional days to the schedule. Savannah was very happy in her photos. I appreciate the time and attention you gave to Savannah. I will definitely request Danielle in future!”

About: I love to take the dogs for a walk to a nearby wonderful large park.Lots of socializing, playing, water and food. We have large crates if necessary. I’m a stay at home mother. My youngest daughter just graduated high school and will be leaving in July for college, Air Force Academy! My husband works from home, but he travels a lot. I love to devote my time to the animals! I slowly will get them acclimated. First in the kennel or on leash. I put my two dogs out back while our new friend checks out the house and notices the cats. Then I will introduce your dog, if it’s a dog, to Millie and Eddie. If I care for the pets in the client’s home, that is fine. I have plenty of time.
About: Hi! I’ve cared for animals most of my life; dogs, cats, and even farm animals, and have experience with pets of all sizes, breeds, and ages, including puppies, seniors, and those with special routines or medical needs. I provide one-on-one care in your home, where pets feel most secure, and I don’t board or juggle multiple households at once. Each sitting is exclusive to one family, so your pet receives focused, personalized attention. Most of my clients come through referrals, but I enjoy using this platform to meet new faces. My goal is to offer thoughtful care that makes your time away feel stress-free, for both you and your pet. 🐾 I build my day around the pets I’m caring for. I only take on a limited number of bookings at a time to ensure each animal receives focused attention, and I appreciate working with clients who respect that level of care. I only provide care in the pet’s home, where they feel most at ease. I follow your routine closely, maintain a calm and attentive presence, and prioritize safety for everyone involved; your pet, your home, and myself. Clear communication and shared expectations are key to a smooth experience on both sides.
About: I have always had a passion for dogs since I was a young girl!! I have pet sit for neighbors, family and friends, and also worked for a doggy day care as a playroom attendant for a year! Your pup will mean everything and I mean EVERYTHING to me!! I have plenty of time to pop in and check on your pup! During the school year I am full time on weekdays, but still have plenty of time to put your pup first! I am not able to keep pups at my home, but at a clients home during pop ins I am able to take the pup out (on leash for a walk or free range in a backyard if able!), snuggle your pup for as long as needed, and of course feed!! For house sitting, I prefer to do as many check ins as needed, but cannot stay overnight unless absolutely necessary. Caring for your pup will always be my top priority :)

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats for years through pet sitting, dog walking, fostering kittens, and running cat adoption events. I have also taken care of a variety of different animals, and with all my various experiences, I am a reliable and confident caretaker. My goal is to take care of your pet with love and care, and prioritize your expectations! Pet sitting and walking is my current job, so my schedule is always open! I have time every day to either walk dogs, do checks in, and watch pets overnight and/or for extended periods. I always keep a watchful eye on any animal in my care. I never let dogs go off leash (unless that is specifically asked of me), and I make sure to spend quality time with pets.
“Ludwika walked my lab Stella for over 2 months 3 times a week, Stella would get so excited when she saw her coming up the walk way. Very prompt, very polite & highly recommended. Book walks with Ludwika if you want your pup to have a wonderful experience!”
“Absolutely stellar service. I had to go out of town and Sydney came every day to walk our dog as nobody in our house was able. She showed up every day at exactly the right time, was super friendly, and took great care of our girl who immediately loved her. I can't recommend Sydney enough.”

About: My headline is probably my most asked question anywhere I go lol. My family has had a multitude of different pets over the years, so I actually know how to care for a lot of animals including an African bullfrog if you can believe that. I've also been house sitting/dog sitting for friends and family for years. I'm also really good with cautious dogs, I know how to make a dog who doesn't like strangers warm up to me. It might take a little while but eventually they love me. As far as walks go I love walks and who better to do it with than a dog? But I'm also conscientious of heat, where to walk on hot days so their paws don't burn and water for us to drink. I have a decent amount of control of my work time. So I am able to take breaks when needed to take animals for quick walks, playtime, and of course potty breaks. My goal is not to leave animals without these types of interactions for more than 5 hours at a time. Of course for special needs animals and puppies this can be appropriately adjusted. I strive to keep animals at ease by keeping their normal routine. So I often ask about what the animals normal day looks like and plan accordingly.
About: I spend lots of time with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments. I also take pride being a dog trainer apprentice in the making. I currently work full-time time at a dog ranch and would love to spend my days off with your pups! More tail-waggin fun for pups! I follow client instructions and care for their pups. From feeding, medication if needed, walking, playing, grooming, baths if needed, and spending quality time too.
“Anthony jumped into action when we needed a last minute dog walker when going out of town. He was very communicative and clearly enjoyed the time with our pup. Looking forward to booking him again and knowing Finley is in good hands!”

About: Animals have been part of my life since the day I was born. Over the years I’ve cared for 12 dogs, 12 cats, birds, fish, and a bearded dragon through every stage of life, from newborn litters to senior pets. I’ve assisted with caring for pregnant dogs and cats, newborn puppies and kittens, senior pets, and animals recovering from illness or injury. I’ve given oral medications when needed, monitored pets closely, and provided patient, around the clock care while following veterinary guidance. One of my beloved companions lived to 22 years old, and another to 15, so I understand the extra patience and gentle attention senior pets deserve. While I’m not a veterinarian or professional trainer, I’m observant, calm, dependable, and committed to keeping your pet’s routine consistent. I know the importance of recognizing when something isn’t right and seeking veterinary care promptly. My goal is for your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for while you’re away. Caring for animals is already part of my everyday life. My own pets are part of my daily routine, so feeding, walks, playtime, grooming, cleaning, and making sure everyone is happy and healthy are second nature to me. With a flexible schedule, I’m able to plan my day around the pets in my care and keep their routines as consistent as possible. I know every pet is different, so I take the time to learn what helps each one feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I believe pets are happiest when their routines stay as normal and pleasant as possible. Whether I’m caring for your pet in my home or yours, I’ll follow your instructions for feeding, walks, potty breaks, playtime, medications (when agreed upon), and any special routines that help them feel comfortable. I’ll make sure they have plenty of attention, exercise, fresh water, and a clean, safe environment. I also provide regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is happy and well cared for.

“Rachel has been extremely helpful walking my dog midday while I’m at work. She always is always timely and effective in our communication, she manages all of my dog’s quirks and mannerisms with ease, and she has been easy to work with when I need to reschedule or request a change to her services. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
