About: I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life. As an adult, I’ve owned bully breeds and have rehabbed my current dog from a slipped disc injury because we couldn’t afford physical therapy. Our dog went from not being able to walk, to walking and now has a goofy run when he’s outside in our backyard. I’ve taken care of friends and families pets when they are out of town and treat them like my own. I work in a middle school for he majority of the year but need to earn some extra cash over the summer. As of now, there are no trips planned and I will be home all summer long. I’m available 6/12-8/18, before our PDs hit and school starts. Then I will be available on weekends. When it comes to caring for my pets, or any pets, I will always follow the guidance of the owner and/or vet and not deviate. For example, my dog has chronic ear infections and allergies, I follow the vets instructions to a T whenever there is more advanced home care. I have experience with rehabbing my dog as well.

About: I've cared for all kinds of animals since I was young for friends, family and neighbors. Trusting me to walk, feed and even bathe their pets. I'm a vet assistant with hands-on experience in small animals, but have experience with farm animals to! I am confident handling pets of all sizes, temperaments and needs, and always prioritize their safety and comfort. I currently work twice a week 10 hours day, the best days for me to help out would be Wednesday-Sunday. I sometimes work shorter days on Saturdays and could stop by after to feed/walk/exercise your pet. I love getting outside and love having doggy company to join me! I'm willing to stop by twice a day to feed/clean for kitties. And I can always hang out with your dog (or dogs) for the day if you just need someone to keep them company while you are busy! I practice "fear free handling" meaning I always take the gentlest approach to any situation. An example would be if your pet needs to be crated but doesn't enjoy it, I use treats and always leave enough time to slowly work them into it. If I am ever leaving the house for an hour or two I make sure your pets are set up! Freshly pottied, not hungry/thirsty, access to toys and treats (if allowed) and with jazz music for them! I know every pet is different and has their own special quirks and I am more than willing to accomodate for them. I am very careful and responsible with other peoples pets and property.

“Brie is so great! We haven’t left our dogs with someone off of Rover before for more than a night, and Brie made sure we were always updated and put our minds at ease for our full week trip. We never once had to worry about any of our 3 large dogs (all are rescues with their own quirks or on daily meds) it was SUCH a relief. Texting Brie throughout our trip was like texting with a friend! The pics of the dogs were so good and always very cute or funny. She even came over to meet the dogs one evening before the trip and then we did a trial run as well on a separate occasion - we really can’t say enough good things! She never judged my crazy dog owner ways. She even took care of our axolotl and fish! The axolotl eats live earth worms so it’s not for the faint of heart but Brie jumped at the chance to help! :) We will absolutely book with her again. Today is our first full day back home and I can tell the dogs are missing her! Especially our senior dog- he keeps going to the window looking for her! Truly can’t wait to book again with her!”

About: I've had family pets my entire childhood, and continue to care for them when my family was away. I've also always had a pet in my own home! I've cared for dogs of all ages, cats of all ages, and various small animals! I'm currently a stay at home mom, and have a relatively flexible schedule. Walks and hikes are something I already enjoy and would love the company of a pup (that isn’t my own). I treat all animals like they're my own! I've taken care of dogs with anxiety, heart conditions, and recovering from surgery. I'm quick to adapt and react, and love giving animals all the attention they deserve!

About: I've taken care of many pets of all ages, such as friends & families, & pets of my own. I know how to be their support companion. I'm available: All Sundays & Tuesdays all day, and in the afternoon to evenings Monday, Wednesday, Thursday Not available: Fridays and Saturdays. Mornings on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday I give my pets a lot of love & care. I let my puppy get his energy out. I remember to give my cat her snuggle time. I make sure both water bowls are always full & they have food (depending if it's feeding time or not). I'm always looking for throw up/hair balls & poop/pee to clean up.

About: I have grown up with animals and as I got older I have owned my own pets! I have been around a wide range of sizes from big to small. I’m not afraid of a challenge and I love furry faces:) I currently only work part time. I mostly work from the afternoon into the evening. I work about 25hrs a week and will be willing to share more if asked! I can’t care for pets in my home but in other peoples homes I would abide by the rules. If the animal had a schedule that needed to be followed, I would follow it! If the animal needs extra love, I’m more than happy to provide.

About: I've been a pet owner and I currently help my 5 adult kids with all their fur babies. Currently I live with my daughters 10 yr old great Dane named Lincoln. But when I'm in North Tacoma I help with a 13 yr old Australian Shepard named Dot. 3 yr old Corgi named kenzo. 9 yr old terrier named Kona. 1yr old terrier named Mocha. My daughter is a teacher so I'm off for the whole summer. I'm very flexible. I'm willing to with fur parents concerning your schedules and needs I am detail oriented. About: I have grown up with both dogs and cats ever since I was very little and I have always loved taking care of them. I live at home with my parents and I have lots of experience watching our two dogs and cat for weeks at a time while they are traveling. (Note: neither my parents, or pets will be anywhere near your pets, as they are going to be in a separate part of the house. The house also has a huge backyard, sitting on over an acre with tall fences. I also keep plenty of toys on hand so you can be sure your pets are getting the love and care they deserve. I currently work from home and have a very flexible. schedule all throughout the weekdays and weekends so your pets will be cared for during their entire stay. I also do not leave our own pets unattended for more than a couple hours so the same can be expected for yours as well. Pets can expect over an acre of enclosed backyard, so plenty of room to run around and play as needed. Bathroom breaks will be given at least once every 1.5 hours - 2 hours and will be supervised the entire time as is standard with our own pups. We also have a cat and two small dogs in the house, but they will be upstairs and away from your pets during the visit.
