Not only did they play with her endlessly (seriously, Rani has zero ability to self-regulate and they went with it!), they also cared for her as their own pup. When she was being finicky about eating, Min took the time to spoon feed her just like I do. Min also send so many pictures and videos, which helped me feel so at peace knowing Rani was well taken care of and loved. I will definitely be sending Rani back to Min and Matthew’s in the future…the 40 minute drive to/from our place is more than worth it!”

The place where our dog was staying unexpectedly call us and rudely demanded that we pick up our dog immediately. Being out there of state with no one nearby to help, we were completely panicked and heartbroken. My husband remember about Rover and he find Renee, she responded very quickly asking the situation and accept our booking. Without hesitation, she stepped in and went out of her way to pick up our dog for us. She was incredibly sweet, caring, and compassionate, exactly what we needed in that moment. “We highly recommend Chris and plan on using him again for years to come. This was the first time our 2 year old shih tzu had been away from home but Pepper felt immediately at home. We got daily pictures and Pepper went on lots of fun walks in different parks. Chris had also made a window perch for Pepper so he could also look out the window. Chris works from home and only takes one dog at a time so Pepper had lots of attention. Chris was responsive to our questions and followed our instructions.”

Another excellent stay with Ms. Min! When we arrived, Rani sprinted to the door and gave her so much love…it’s clear that Rani loves going to Ms. Min’s. Rani was there for a week this time while we traveled out of the country and Min, as always, shared so many pictures and videos of Rani having an absolutely amazing time!! It made us feel that she was being taken care of by someone who adores her as much as we do. Min also went above and beyond to ensure that Rani (who is a picky eater) ate her food and took her medications on time. She also bought our girl a new toy! Min also washed and packed all of Rani’s things and had them ready to go when we arrived to pick her up. Not all sitters go as above and beyond as Min. I’m sure Rani can’t wait to stay with her Ms. Min and Mr. Matt again soon!
