About: As the proud owners to two wonderful little rescue dogs, a cat, some chickens, guinea fowl, goats and sheep, we know how hard it can be sometimes to find care for your pets and farm animals while you are away. We will provide the same level of care and kindness that I would want and expect for our own spoiled pets. Trust is an important part of pet care and petsitting, and we want you to be able to confidently, and without worry, leave your pampered pups and kitties in our care. We live on a small farm in rural Western Maryland, about 20 minutes west of Frederick. We have experience with all kinds of animal care, from horses, cows, goats, sheep, and poultry. We are currently able to provide drop-in visits for dogs, cats, and a variety of farm animals, as well as house or farm sitting, and in home boarding, as well as hourly dog park style use of our large fenced yard. Your pets will be a happy addition to our family in our home! Our whole property is fenced by 4 ft or taller board and wire fencing, with smaller areas sectioned off in the front and back yards. The driveway is gated and secure. We want your pets to feel as safe as our own. Leah and Andrew are both available for petsitting services. We currently work only at home, tending our farm homestead, and have a flexible schedule. We are able to drop in one or two times a day, or less or more often, as needed. We treat every animal as if it were our own and provide a level of care that we would expect from our pet care provider.

About: I've had pets since I was a kid, from Rottweilers to Pekingese. I have experience with young pups, caring for seniors, and higher energy breeds. I've adopted all my dogs and have experience with crate training, leash training, and potty training. My home is very quiet and equip with a Big Barker, toys, a big back yard, and a quiet 5-mile road for walks. I'm home most of the time, outside of occasional weekend markets for my business. On those days, I would be available after 3 PM. I am a master student with flexible time to fit your pets needs. My house is very quiet with a big back yard and a quiet 5-mile gravel trail right out our front door. I'm able to feed, brush, walk, snuggle, and play to meet a pups needs.

About: Overnight stays, daily visits, & animal boarding. Dogs, cats, bearded dragons, turkeys, farm animals. I’ve taken care of them all. I’m an adventurous and helpful pet sitter, willing to love your animal while you’re away. I work remotely with a very flexible schedule to give your pets the attention they deserve. Daily walks, complicated schedules, clingy animals. Whatever you need! I have a large yard and social dogs to play with your pup. Crate trained dogs are also welcome. I also will stay at your home if that’s preferred.

About: I’m the person who sees an animal and immediately greets them with the warmth of an old friend. I’ve felt a bond and (to the reluctance of my parents) an un spoken duty to protect and care for animals in need since childhood. At our house we had pets of all sizes and species and dogs were considered a part of the family. I’ve fostered big dogs, worked with horses in equine assisted therapy, and have pet-sitted cats as well as currently have my own two cats. I love walking and am always looking to get my steps in. My two cats are harnessed trained and enjoy going on walks. I am currently looking for a full-time job and have a part-time from 2-6 pm every weekday. “Having never been left alone since the passing of her brother (they used to board together in a kennel) we were concerned about what to do with our senior dog, Abby, during a 10-day trip to Europe. We turned to Rover.com since we felt staying in her familiar home would be better and Abby would receive more attention and activity. She and her partner came by to visit and we were immediately impressed with her kind way with Abby, her approach to staying here with Abby, and her experience taking care of dogs. We were very pleased with her care of Abby, the updates she would send us along with photos of Abby were very helpful, and it was nice to know they were all getting along well -- and at the same time, our home was being cared for along with Abby! About: I have taken care of Dogs when I was little. I worked with a Family Friend who had a Dog Sitting business and he trained me to work with different kinds of breed such as Golden Retrievers, Labs, German Shepherds, Pugs and Bulldogs. I can do in home visits or walk your paw baby. Know that they will be in good hands with me! I currently am attending high school for half the day so my afternoons and evenings are free for dog walking or sitting at any time needed for you! I have a German Shepherd, Lyra and I care for her at home, I train her in my basement, and I take her on walks. I can read a dog’s body language in order to see how they feel and address them accordingly.

Her love for animals shined through the moment she met my foster cats and I could feel her love for them in every message and photo.
