6. Madison W.
About: I’ve dog/cat sat since I’ve been in high school! I am now 26 and still do pet sitting as a side job here and there. I’m an aspiring dog trainer currently in school studying to get my training certification. I love taking dogs out for walks and play time! I have two of my own dogs! 3 year old Raya who is a Blue heeler/German shepherd mix, and 6 month old Atlas, who is a DEAF Border Collie! I have plenty of experience with deaf dogs! 💜 I’m looking to gain more experience with other dogs as well as a little extra money to help pay for school 😁 I currently work full time with set 12 hour days and I am looking for a side job that I will enjoy doing on my days off. I’m currently available Thursday, Friday, and Saturday! ***PLEASE NOTE*** my work schedule changes every 2 months, I am happy to provide my schedule with you if you are interested in a long term care. I give a proper 2 week notice before my schedule changes to give you time to make proper arrangements if you need specific days I can no longer provide for. I have 6 acres of farm land available for dogs to run and play on. I can easily crate your dogs. I can give medication/supplements as needed.
7. Taylor T.
“Taylor has continued to watch our dog, Bec. She is timely, helpful, great with our dog, and does such a thorough job. I would recommend her to anyone and we’ll continue to use Taylor for as long as she wants to keep seeing our pup!”
8. Kelly C.
“Kelly did a great job with my boys, stayed with them and they were not stressed at all! Sent pictures to keep me updated too. Appreciate her service, and she will be rebooked for sure!”
9. Eliza W.
“What can I possibly say about Ms. Eliza...She is A LIFESAVER and A TROOPER!! My central air in JUNE in TEXAS two days before my trip. I contacted Ms. Eliza to let her know the possibility of housesitting with no air, and her response "No worries, we'll make it work." And my goodness did she make it work. She had my dogs doing things I have not seen them do in years, and IM GRATEFUL!!! She's reliable, and treats your pups with love.”
10. Grace R.
“Grace was wonderful and Renzo was super laid back back and relaxed, when he's often anxious while we are away! She took great care of him and our cat ink and was very responsive and accommodating!”
11. Kaila M.
“Kaila was amazing!! She took care of my German Shepherd while I was away for the weekend. She kept me updated the whole time and I’m so grateful she took such a good care of my baby!”
12. Allison W.
“In December 2024 Allison took care of our pets (2.5 year old standard poodle and 4 year old cat) in our home for a week while we were out of town over the holidays. We were referred to Allison by a pet sitter we had previously used who was not available. Allison was fantastic! Our pets loved her and she took great care of them and our house. She was very responsive and kept in great touch with us. We will definitely use her again and would highly recommend her!”
13. Wordda A.
“We needed a house sitter to watch our 2 dogs and 2 cats on short notice. Wordda was an exceptional choice! She did a great job with our pets and gave us peace of mind that our house was left in good hands. Wordda is a personable young lady that communicated consistently throughout our trip with both text messages and pics. We highly recommend Wordda and will be using her services in the future!!”

“Natalie is kind, caring, and very attentive to pets and their needs. She has a huge heart and works diligently to accommodate her pets and their owners. She is flexible and has been great with our pets. Always making sure they are walked, fed, loved on, and played with. On occasion she has even been able to bathe, brush, and clip toenails for dogs. I highly recommend Natalie!”
15. Zeel L.
“Zeel is a wonderful dog walker! She is reliable, punctual, and a great communicator. Our dog, Bubba, loves her and is exhausted after her walks! I recommend!”
16. kayda S.
“Kayda arrived promptly for our Meet & Greet and seemed to connect well with the pets right away. Then she stayed at our house overnight to take care of the animals while we were at an event in northern VA. She kept me well informed, sending a text and photos to let me know that everything was going well. She left the house and the animals in great shape. We will definitely book her again.”

18. Rosie H.
“Rosie is an amazing sitter! The dogs love her so much and she takes wonderful care of not just the dogs but our home as well. This was her second time staying with our dogs and we could not be happier! Having her stay with them allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation without any worries!”
19. Elisheba B.
“Elisheba did an amazing job with my dogs Pedro and Pepe. After a very traumatic stay with an abusive sitter, Elisheba went above and beyond to make sure the dogs were walked, exercised, and loved. She made it a point to communicate with me multiple times a day and provided pictures with their every outing. She really understood that Pedro needs a lot of outdoor time and Pepe a lot of attention. I was finally able to relax during my time away from home, knowing they were in the best of hands. I will be contacting her again in the future. Thank you Elisheba!”
20. Madison K.
“Madison was the reason for our Merry Christmas and exceeded all expectations I had as a first time Rover client. In fact, this was the first time I’ve ever hired someone to watch my cats, as I’ve always had coverage since running my cat rescue, but a recent move left us in need of help and Madison made all my worries fall away. She was warm and attentive, took the time to meet us beforehand and was interested in our cats and their needs, and then made sure she did all we asked and more during our time away over the Christmas holiday. Madison even managed to give Grace, our elderly diabetic cat, her insulin injections and to ease the anxiety of our usually skittish tuxedo kitty, Ellie. She made sure to spend extra time with Pookie, our newest addition and newly socialized kitty, in order to reassure him and provide a sense of security and comfort for him. She went above and beyond to connect with all 3 of our fur babies, and sent texts and pictures and regularly communicated with me. I was impressed and it’s hard to impress me. Madison was respectful of our home and left everything clean and tidy, even double checking with me on our return to ensure we didn’t need any additional coverage or help, and she truly made my Christmas with out of state family the meaningful and connective occasion it’s meant to be. I’m so grateful for Madison and her excellent work ethic and intuitive way with cats. Having run a rescue for years and taken care of many cats myself, this is high praise, and I look forward to hiring Madison to care for my most precious cat family. She’s simply top notch. I hope this helps someone else considering hiring their first time pet sitter too, as I read many reviews ahead of time and still wasn’t sure until I actually went through the experience, but you’ll be able to enjoy your time away with Madison as your pet caretaker; she really exemplifies the best of those who choose to help others by caring for their pets.”
