I needed a cat sitter for two trips that were only a few weeks apart. From my first meeting with Heather prior to my first trip to return home after my second trip, I never once worried about the care my cats were receiving. She was an absolute delight to work with. From the very first request to cat sit the communication was phenomenal. I loved that she didn't try to "force" herself onto my shyer cats like so many people try to do. She knew some cats will only accept you on their own terms with their own timeline. Heather was kind enough to roll my trash can to the street for pick up day and move it back to the house afterwards, and she washed up cat dishes even though I told her originally that she didn't have to do that! For those that are looking at costs, yes there are some sitters that have cheaper prices. I am also here to tell you that you will absolutely not regret booking Heather for your pet care needs. About: Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember, and caring for them is truly second nature to me. I’ve worked in a veterinary office for five years—both in the kennel and as a veterinary assistant—so I’m comfortable handling pets with all kinds of needs, from energetic puppies to seniors who need a gentler touch. I earned my Bachelor’s in Animal Science from Virginia Tech and my Master’s in Animal Science from Clemson University. About: I have 7 dogs at my house and been around animals my whole life we have 3 cats as well and chickens! I love taking cares of any time of animal you just need teach me! I am a senior in high school and get out of school around 11:21am and get to my house at 11:30am but anytime from 12 pm to 10pm I will be free! About: I've cared for dogs of all ages from puppy to senior for multiple years now. I have experience watching dogs of varying sizes and energy levels so I can easily adapt to meet whatever their specific needs are. I value giving pets the care and attention they need in order to be healthy and happy! I work part-time so I have gaps in my schedule that caters well to pet care and I have flexibility to take up side jobs like these. I have two dogs at home and have experience administering different medications as well as experience with crating. I also have a fenced yard and the fence is enforced in addition to avoid digging. In other client's homes, I am respectful of their space and their rules for their pets.

About: Our little family (Nathan, Kelly, and our kids) are raising Huck, a 1 year old Yellow Lab. We’ve trained him and are found walking around town with him often. As dog owners, we know how much it means to us when someone we trust is able to watch our dog. Now we want to give the same option to other pet owners. While most of our experience is with dogs, my wife can also cat sit and we also have had a fish in recent years. We are laid back, but also have some active hobbies, such as hiking, kayaking and traveling. We would love to hang out, walk, play, and feed your pup in the comfort of his or her home, or welcome him or her to ours. In addition to Huck, Kelly and I rescued a reactive dog with separation anxiety and had him for several years. I grew up with a mini-Pom and also helped raise a golden retriever from a puppy. We also have many friends with dogs and sit for them frequently. We are very comfortable administering oral medication but since we will be bringing the dog around our family, the dog should not be aggressive or reactive. We are at home most days and we homeschool and work from home for several days throughout the week. We are happy to work with your schedule to support your pet. We love to play with dogs. Our kids have been around dogs since they were very young and love cats as well, although we don’t have one.

“Jennifer went above and beyond in every aspect possible. When you try out a new app like Rover, it can be very scary to entrust your baby with someone. Even once you find someone who seems to click with your puppy, you just help they at least feed them, but thankfully, I hit the jackpot! Jennifer was not just a care giver, she loved my Roxie, and I was a bit surprised my dog was happy to see me since she had such a wonderful time with Jennifer. I was sent several updates daily.
