“Emily is friendly, kind and attentive, and I trust her to take great care of my Artie. She was even kind enough to bring my packages inside when she came over to walk him. I highly recommend booking with Emily.”

About: Starting in July, I am available all day! I've always grown up with animals. I was born into a family with two older dogs, and grew up with 2 family dogs, Maggie & Henry, whom I loved and adored as family. When I moved to graduate school, I adopted two cats, Plum & May. I didn't grow up with cats, but during college up to now I spend time at local animal shelters volunteering and helping to socialize cats where I have time. Currently, I spend my free time trapping, spaying/neutering, and releasing feral cats in my neighborhood to give them better, safer lives. I work an 8-5pm job M-F currently in Cleveland. I am a graduate student, which does mean I am relatively busy, However, I am more than willing to try to fit pet-sitting/walking into my schedule. We can talk more about this if you want to book with me! I always like to get a detailed account of the owner's daily routine with the pet, as well as any medical or physical concerns I should be looking out for. If the client approves, I like to err on the side of reaching out if I have questions or concerns, rather than waiting until they get back. Additionally, having emergency veterinary information is a must, as I am willing to do what is necessary to keep your pet safe.
“James was very easy going and patient with my puppy Moka. He took her for a nice extended walk, fed her and most of all, allowed her to warm up to him before he took her out.”

“I booked Octavia for a last minute walk with my pup and everything was fantastic! We had good communication, she was on time, and she gave a great summary at the end of the walk. I’m adding her to my roster of walkers ASAP.”

“I was so stressed out about not getting a walker for my boy due to the practical blizzard outside. But James was able to make it happen! My heart is happy. 10/10 will rebook! (:”

About: I’ve had cats, dogs, and other pets my whole life, trained my own dog myself, and provide flexible, attentive, loving care for animals of all kinds. I currently work part-time as a lifeguard at a local pool, which gives me a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to walk, feed, play with, and care for pets throughout the day. I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for by following their normal routines, giving them attention, exercise, clean spaces, and constant supervision when needed.
About: I always had a dog growing up, and I've had one consistently for the last five years. I spent a year fostering before I adopted my current pup, so I've had experience with a lot of different kinds and sizes. I'm happy to run around with a puppy or younger, energetic dog, or chill out with an older buddy who just wants love. I'm open to all kinds, but I've always had a soft spot for bullies or other big dogs, because they're frequently misunderstood as dangerous when, more often than not, they're just big babies. My dog is reactive, so I know how to deal with dogs who need extra care and special protection, including from themselves. I firmly believe every dog deserves love, empathy, and care, even - maybe especially - those that might have been overlooked or dismissed. I have hardly ever met a dog I didn't like, and I can't wait to hang out with yours and give them all the play and love they deserve. I work from home, and I have a flexible schedule. I'm allowed to set my own hours, so I'll be happy to come visit your furbaby whenever they need it. I'm happy to come over and walk your dog, drop in and hang out with them in your home, or both. I unfortunately can't board your dog, nor can I spend the night house-sitting.
About: I’m a social worker, a mom to 2 pit bulls, 1 senior cat, and 1 human toddler. I grew up on a farm and I am a lifelong animal lover. Between the various needs of my creatures at home, and my experience over the last 20 years, I’m well equipped to take care of your babies. I have somewhat flexible availability during the week, and even more so on the weekends. I work from home some days of the week and can pop out as needed. I am attentive to your instructions for care and walk in with eyes wide open. If something seems off, I’ll let you know right away. I’m also happy to send cute pics to reassure you that your babies are doing great :)

“Jackie has been great with our pup. We just moved to Cleveland and needed to go on a sudden trip. Jackie has made us feel like our dog Aria is in great hands for her walks while we are away”

About: I absolutely love animals! I grew up on a farm with dogs, cats, horses, cows, chickens, and even ducks! In my childhood household, we treated our pets as the much-loved members of the family that they were. In my adult life, I have continued this tradition by cherishing my own pets as if they were my children (because they are lol)! Whenever I’m out of town (or just out of the house for the day), I’m constantly thinking of my fur babies and what they might be doing. I love taking care of other peoples’ pets while they’re away because I know the pets love the attention and their parents can feel confidant about stepping out of the house! Whether the pets want to play, snuggle, or keep to themselves, it makes me so happy take care of them and make sure they’re happy and healthy! Pet sitting for me is a full time job! My schedule is very flexible, and it would be my pleasure to watch your fur babies while you’re away! Pets to me are not accessories in the house; they’re cherished members of the family! My priority for my own pets and my clients’ pets is that they are happy, healthy, and loved. It’s important to me that they drink enough water, are eating the right amount of nourishing food, and getting the right amount of play and rest! Beyond that, I like to let the pets take the lead regarding our interactions. If a pet wants snuggles, count me in! If a pet wants space, I can respect that and support them from afar.
About: I think what sets me apart is that I truly care about animals and pay attention to the little details that keep them happy and comfortable. I’ve cared for homes with multiple pets, including cats and dogs together, and I’m comfortable sticking to feeding schedules, playtime, different personalities and administering medication on time when needed. Pet care fits really naturally into my routine since I already take care of my own 8-month-old cat every day. I genuinely enjoy being around animals, so making time for feeding, playtime, cleaning litter boxes, walks, and giving pets attention is something I’m happy to do. As well as taking walks going to parks and playing gives consumes my usual workout time so filling it with hyper hounds is a bonus! I care for pets by making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I stick to their normal routines, keep their spaces clean, make sure they’re fed and hydrated, and give them lots of attention and playtime. I’m also comfortable giving medications on schedule when needed and caring for multiple pets at once.
About: I've had pets my whole life! I got my own dogs for the first time when I was 14, two Pitbulls names Ripley and Newt (from Alien, hehe). They've recently passed from old age, but when we were together we regularly went on adventures to the parks or beach and on long hikes. I love the outdoors! So I'm happy to go on long walks with your doggy around more than just the neighborhood! I'm an all around animal lover, my parents own a small alpaca, goat, and chicken farm back home in California. We also have 2 horses and a cow! My happiest moments are definitely spending time in the company of little creatures <3 I'm currently working part-time during the Summer, so I have plenty of time for pets! During the rest of the year, I'm a teacher and usually have free afternoons to do pet care. My kitties are entirely indoor, I used to take out my cat Roscoe on a leash to have supervised play time outside or walk to the park with me. But my other two kitties prefer to be inside. We spend lots of time playing together and cuddling and currently I'm training my cat Naomi to play fetch. If you're looking for someone to do more than just sit, I'm happy to take some time to do enrichment activities or play-time with your kitty!
“Sophie was great and khaleesi had a great walk with her. She is a great communicator. She was pleasant, friendly and awesome. I will definitely used her again. They had a great time together.”

About: I currently have two cats who are well taken care of and who I have administered medications to and cleaned up after. I also grew up around dogs and am well versed with handling dogs of different temperaments. I work full time but I am very free on the weekends and after work to care for pets. I am also free around lunch times on Monday and Friday. I am adept at handling cats and dogs in difficult situations. For dogs, I would put them in their crate for a cool down time. For cats, I usually prefer to put them in time out in a room or disengage ntil they are able to not be as overstimulated. I also like to re-direct energy using play so pets do not feel punished for their energy.
“Thanks for always taking such good care of Walter! He seems to enjoy his time with you and I love the information you give us. You also take the best pictures of Walter ever!!”

I have volunteered at pounds and walked very strong dogs. I can assure your dog will get the right amount of love and care. Full time student so I have a flexible schedule. Kinsmith dog parents share their Rover experiences
Alia was great! Very communicative, sent lots of pictures, and my dog clearly loved her. My dog is high energy and a puller, but Alia took great care of her and kept her safe and happy. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a safe and trustworthy walker or sitter.
