I am very respectful of other people's homes - I'll make sure to follow all your instructions! I make sure I am in tune with the animals' personalities and needs, so I can give them the care and attention they want. I currently can't care for animals at my own apartment, but I am happy to house-sit/pet-sit at your own home! I can keep animals company, feed and walk them etc. and also take care of household needs like watering plants, taking down garbage cans etc. I am happy to care for your animals and house while you are away!

It's great to know about your animal's personality, if they have any likes/dislikes, any special needs, if they are easy or difficult to walk on a leash etc. It's also usually good to do a Meet & Greet beforehand, so that they know who I am!
A typical day
I always want to understand each animal's needs and provide that, whether it be pets, playtime or interesting walks! For walks - I will tailor the walk to the individual animal's needs and personalities :) We can go explore new areas, play ball, find new smells etc.

[Pronouns: They/them, She/her or he/him] 😀 I’ve been working part-time as a Rover sitter for years and I love all animals! I grew up with: a dog, cats, turtles, guinea pigs, chickens, rabbits... I also spent summers at my family's farm. ** I work full time on weekdays (near Case Western) so I am away for those 8+ hours a day. For drop in visits, those are arranged around my job schedule - I can do drop ins in the mornings and evenings, likely not during the afternoon unless you live right near my job!

Avery is great! They were very responsive before our trip, during our trip and when it looked like we might not make it home in time. We got tons of photos of Nashville and Avery kept us up-to-date throughout our travels. Best of all and always a good sign, when we got home, the dog looked up and said, “oh you’re home.“
