“We booked two drop on visits with Ashley and I am very happy with the level of care she had with us and our dogs. She was on time and took lots of pictures. Our dogs looks very comfortable with her. She always responded quickly in our messages. I would definitely book again!”

“Nick was great with our kitten. He paid extra attention to Tommy and all the photos showed that he appeared to be well fed and very happy in Nick’s company. I would highly recommend Nick as a sitter and we will hire him again in the future.”

“Shirley is an amazing sitter! One of the more thoughtful ones we’ve had based on the questions she asked. My dog did incredibly well under her care and we will certainly book with her again!”

“Fantastic sitter. We have a dog, two cats, and two ferrets. Unfortunately this means that any sitter we utilize has a handful. Leah had first hand experience with ferrets and was easily able to manage them and the cats. We ended up taking our dog with us on our trip but I'm sure she will sit for him soon as well.”

“Kamron was amazing, will definitely book again! He was very communicative and sent pics each visit, and two of my cats needed meds and he had no issue giving them (a pill, liquid oral med, and asthma inhaler). Highly recommend!”

About: My preferred name is Leo. I've been caring for animals for most of my life. Growing up, I was responsible for helping care for three family dogs, including feeding, walking, playing with them, and making sure they were happy and well cared for. I also grew up around cats, as my mom had several throughout the years, so I'm very comfortable caring for cats of all ages and personalities. Today, I have a cat of my own, so I understand the daily responsibility and attention that pets need. I'm patient, dependable, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. Whether your pet needs exercise, playtime, companionship, or simply someone to keep them safe and comfortable while you're away, I'll treat them with the same love and care I give my own pets. My schedule is very flexible, and I'm available seven days a week, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and overnight stays. I work on my own schedule, so I can usually accommodate last-minute bookings as well. Whether you need someone for a quick check-in, daily visits, overnight care, or extended pet sitting, I'll do my best to be there whenever you need reliable care for your pet. Your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I keep my home clean, organized, and pet-friendly. I currently care for my own cat, who is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and well loved. I make sure all of my houseplants are non-toxic to pets, keep anything potentially dangerous out of reach, and provide plenty of toys, enrichment, and a cat tree for play and relaxation. I'm attentive to each pet's individual needs and always make sure they have fresh food and water, a clean space, exercise, affection, and plenty of attention. I also have experience helping cats socialize through supervised playdates with friends' cats, so I understand how to create a calm, safe, and positive environment. I'll care for your pet with the same love and attention I give my own.
“Alexandria was awesome! She is knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. She goes above and beyond expectations and is very accommodating. No question…would use her again 1000x over! She is way more than she charges💕”

About: I have experience with older fur babies as well as mothers with her litter. I have the patience energy and love for all kinds of babies. I do plan on having a part time job and community college in the future, but as for now I'm free other than taking care of my own. I have a friendly indoor kitten that will provide extra company for your fur baby if needed. I will tend to any and all needs that I am able to.
“Ivanis was absolutely perfect with my Mishti. She was very attentive to her needs and was super patient with her. I was initially hesitant to use this service because I had never done it before but I was very happy to use it with Ivanis. She made. A great first impression during her initial visit and I was able to leave home confident that my cat would be very well taken care of. It is clear that Ivanis is really gifted with pets and her time with my cat reflected that. She was also very accommodating with my questions and my cat’s quirkiness. I highly recommend her and will definitely book her again!!”

“Mirabella did a great job with our cat drop ins! I needed someone at the last minute, and she was able to go a few times over the Christmas holiday. She went above and beyond making the cats comfortable and making sure they had their appropriate food with medications. She sent pictures for every drop in and wrote a detailed summary of her visits. I'm glad we were able to find someone so reliable on such short notice to lessen our vacation stress. Thanks Mirabella!”

“Brittany was wonderful! She is so friendly and kind. She took such great care of my pup and followed all my instructions perfectly. Would absolutely recommend her and will use her again. Thanks for taking such good care of Fig!”

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Kings Row
I was in a bind where I needed a pet sitter for an unexpected situation and my flight was leaving in a few hours. Then in came Marc. I knew Marc was going to be a good pet sitter when he met my 2 rabbits. I keep my 2 rabbits separated because they are both males and the one picks on the other and bullies him. So when I introduced Marc to my 2 boys I put them together to see what Marc would do. Sure enough my one buck started picking on my other rabbit and started humping his head. Marc responded calmly by noticing the interaction and calmly separating them without me saying a word. After that I knew my boys would be in good hands. While I was away, my one pet was a bad boy and knocked over the Christmas tree and got into the trash. Marc thought nothing of it and responded with the upmost expertise. Marc grew up on a farm and you can tell he has years of experience with all types of animals. I would recommend Marc to take care of you dog, cat, rabbit, horses, or ANY other pet you may have.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy.
