“Claire was so amazing! I felt like I could trust her to take care of my kitty without having to constantly check in on her. She was a real blessing when I needed an emercency sitter. “Janine did an amazing job with my 18 year old diabetic cat. I was nervous to leave him as he's been getting older and requires more attention. She fed him and gave him medication and much attention. She provided detailed and timely updates that put my mind at ease. She also included lots of pictures. I will definitely use her services again. I am very grateful.”

“Couldn't be happier with Brianne who helped watch our two kitties while on vacation. She was extremely helpful and stayed in communication with us throughout the entire process. We even threw a last second curve with home access the last second while she handled with no issues. Would highly recommend her to anyone in the area looking for pet care!”

“We were so glad to have Rebecca as our kitty sitter!!! The kitties loved her and I loved all the pictures, she took great care of them and kept me up to date on all of her visits!”

About: I have been a lifelong dog owner, caring for multiple breeds including dachshunds, chocolate lab, beagle mixes, Doberman, Rhodesian ridgeback mix, and mini schnauzer. I have hands-on experience providing end-of-life care for a senior dog with osteosarcoma, demonstrating compassion and patience in difficult situations. Currently, I care for a 5-year-old neutered Doberman and an 8-year-old spayed Mini Schnauzer. My fenced yard and work-from-home schedule allow me to offer near-constant supervision and exercise. This deep personal experience, combined with my flexible availability and safe environment, ensures professional and cozy care tailored to each dog's needs. Since I work from home, taking care of dogs fits perfectly into my day. I’m able to check in on them frequently, give them plenty of breaks and playtime, and keep an eye on them all day long. I make sure they get regular exercise in the fenced yard and lots of affection between work tasks. Because I’m home almost 24/7, I can easily adjust my schedule to fit each dog’s unique needs and routines, making sure they feel comfortable, secure, and well cared for while their owners are away. When dogs stay with me, I make sure they feel right at home. I give them plenty of time to play and relax in my fenced yard, and I stick to their regular feeding and potty schedules so things feel familiar. Since I work from home, I’m around a lot to give them attention, take breaks, or just hang out. If I’m caring for a pet at their own home, I follow the owner’s instructions exactly and treat their space with respect. My goal is to keep every dog happy, comfortable, and safe no matter where they are.
“Daisy didn’t seem to be as traumatized as she sometimes is when I have to leave her. I think she fell in love with Nate. I am so grateful for Rover and the people who are willing to take care of my cat while I am away from home. Thanks so much.”

About: Dogs have always been a part of my life — from growing up in a home full of wagging tails to starting dog sitting in my 20s. I’m now 47 and have over two decades of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. For the past 18 years, I’ve been a stay-at-home mom to my two kids, which means I’m home and available to give dogs the time, attention, and love they deserve. Over the years, I’ve also fostered 12 dogs through Wags & Walks of Nashville, helping each one feel safe, loved, and ready for their forever homes. I am still a current foster for Wags. I enjoy seeing how a dog shines in their confidence, once finding their forever family! I currently share my home with my own happy Lab/Golden Retriever mix, who adores having furry friends around. I’m passionate about creating a calm, caring environment where every dog feels comfortable and cared for — just like they would with family. Whether your dog needs playtime, cuddles, or a peaceful place to relax, I’ll make sure they feel at home and loved every step of the way. I am a wife and mom. I have one kiddo in college and another in high school. Our whole family is on board with me providing care via Rover! My part-time work and stay-at-home mom schedule give me plenty of flexibility. I’m used to balancing family responsibilities and can easily fit in pet care throughout my day. This means I can provide reliable and attentive care for your pet. Whether it's walks, playtime or drop-in visits, I am happy making sure your pet feels comfortable and cared for. Our home is calm and comfortable, and while we don’t have a fenced yard, that has never been an issue! I’ve fostered 12 dogs and cared for our own pets for over 10 years without ever misplacing one. Safety and structure are very important to me — all walks are on-leash, and I’m disciplined about keeping pets secure at all times. Our dog, Luke, enjoys two structured walks a day along the neighborhood trail by the Harpeth River (just over a mile long). He also loves playing fetch in the open space behind our home, where he always comes when called. For dogs who prefer a fenced area, I have access to a secure yard next door, so we can accommodate that need too. I’m home frequently and can easily provide regular potty breaks, playtime, and plenty of attention. Luke is allowed on the couch but not in our beds — and I’m always happy to follow whatever house rules or routines you prefer for your own pet. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I aim to keep their routine as consistent and stress-free as possible. I follow your instructions carefully, maintain their feeding and walk schedule, and make sure they feel comfortable and loved while you’re away. You can count on me to treat your home and your pets with the same respect and care I give my own.
About: I have worked with newborn to senior pets since I was five years old, and I am a very active person that enjoys playing with furry friends. I plan on working in healthcare in the future so I prioritize caretaking. I am taking one online college course during the summer and I am a part-time tutor so I will have a lot of free time this summer for pet sitting! In my home, pets have a clean, cozy space, regular walks or playtime, and lots of love and attention. I keep routines consistent and follow any instructions you provide. In your home, I will respect your space, stick to your pet’s usual schedule, and make sure they feel secure in their own environment. I’m always happy to provide updates and photos so you can see how they’re doing while you’re away!
“Marissa did a great job house/cat sitting while we were away for a few days. She was punctual, communicated with us how things were going, and most importantly, took great care of our cat!!”
