About: Hi! I am great with all dogs and cats. I have experience in dog training, am an animal rescue volunteer, and have done a lot of animal sitting since being on Maui. I am great with dogs of all sizes and am comfortable with reactive dogs. I have helped raise puppies from 2 weeks to 10 weeks old, and looked after many senior doggies 15 years+. I have a cat myself and love her to pieces! I’m very comfortable with cats and have looked after up to 20 at a time. I come from New Zealand And grew up on a farm with 3 dogs, lots of chickens, sheep and cows. I would love to help you out with your pets 💙 I currently work in Kahului during the day but I have a very flexible Job And would be able to make adjustments to fit your requirements. I love to take dogs I sit out to the park or beach and go for a long walk to get all of that energy out. My favourite spot to take them is Olinda forest, they absolutely love it there.

About: I’m in my mid 30s and been responsible for at least one pet since I was about 8. I love all animals and have personally had cats, dogs and fish. I graduated from A&M Galveston with a degree in Marine Biology and am currently working with marine mammals. I have experience in dog and cat training, this includes harness/leash and behavioral. Because of my degree I have a background in animal behavior which I use to help talk to and understand animals. I have worked with pets, dolphins and wolves in the past. I absolutely love animals and find it the most rewarding teaching and interacting with them. Please let me help you love your pet. I work full time on Sunday-Tuesday. So I cannot work those days. The other days I have the occasional volunteer project but can work around any Rover commitment. I live right next to a park and the beach so it’s very easy to take dogs for a walk. If I am staying at a clients place I have a truck to take the dog to a dog park if there isn't one nearby.

About: Hi there! I love animals of any kind and have a lot of patience for your pet at whatever stage they're at. I can definitely work with and train puppies and can give just about any medication to elderly, injured, or sick animals. I have 5 years of vet clinic experience working with a wide variety of animals, I also have many years of experience as a wildlife technician working handling wildlife. I'm currently a graduate student, which means I have some work through the week but my schedule is fairly flexible. Because I also have a few additional hobbies, there will be some random dates and times that I will not be available. I will try to make these times clear as far ahead of time as I can. I am more than happy to play and take animals on walks as much as needed and keep areas in your home clean. I'm willing to work with your space and accommodate your animal's needs.

About: I’ve owned and taken care of dogs almost continuously over the last 35 years. Our last little buddy, Romeo (chichi) passed away 2 years ago at the age of 16! Now I have bandwidth and the heart for the furry friends. I’m retired, been married for over 35 years, and I have time on my hands for the animals I love. And the dogs love me too! I live in a condo, with easy access to the beach and parks. I have an excellent credit rating and a spotless driving and criminal record. I can pet sit in your home too.

About: I have been house sitting dogs and cats since 2015. I hold a degree in zoology with a concentration in animal behavior. I have a vet tech background here on Maui and have cared for hundreds of pets. I have a strong intuition when it comes to caring for animals and do my best to cater to each individual's needs. I am trustworthy, understanding, considerate, and a hard worker. I am also a very good communicator. For Cats: I started loving cats when I volunteered as a Cat Comforter at my local humane society growing up! I have pet sat for many wonderful cats over the years and used to work as a vet tech here on Maui. I pay very close attention to a cat's behaviors, always monitoring their health, to fully understand what they want and need! They are truly interesting and incredible beings and I tried to cater to every individual's comfort level. My hours of availability vary week to week but I will absolutely prioritize clients, their pets, and their needs to the best of my abilities! Not currently providing home services but will happily do drop in visits or house sit to make sure your pet is comfortable while you are away. For walks I am happy to take your pet to the park, go on walks ranging in mileage, or go on a run with them!

I’m active, nurturing, and dependable. Whether your dog needs a high-energy walk or your cat just wants quiet companionship, I’ll meet them where they’re at. I work mostly from home (currently based in Kihei), with some shorter out-of-home shifts on Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday on the west side (about 5–6.5 hours each). If that’s ever a concern for a longer sit, I’m happy to try and swap shifts — especially with at least a week’s notice. I’m always transparent about my schedule and committed to making sure your pets feel loved, safe, and well cared for. I’m currently working on a book project and preparing for some in person workshops, but in some seasons I’ll have more online clients for fitness and/or tutoring that I may need internet for if I stay overnight. Every pet is unique! I can’t host at my current location, but always make sure to get your pet’s specific care notes to make sure they are as happy as they can be in your absence.
