About: *I am once again booking half-hour sessions!* My name is Susan, thank you for your interest in my services! I have been a dog lover my entire life and have had the privilege of being a shelter volunteer, foster, employee and advocate for over fifteen years. I have recently launched my business as a full-time professional dog trainer. I am a member in good standing of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers, and I carry training/sitting/walking insurance as well. I hold a Bachelor of Science in biology, in which I successfully completed a course in animal behavior, as well as a Master of Education. I believe that our canine companions are not only in need of physical exercise, but mental stimulation as well. I would love to talk to you more about ways we can set your dog up for success. The old adage is true- a tired dog is a good dog! I have three dogs of my own (German shepherds) ranging in age from 1 year to 8 years. I am happy to tailor every walk/drop in/pet sitting to the individual needs of your dog or dogs. I have spent years working in public safety, and I understand the importance and responsibility of animal management. You can trust that I will always be vigilant, ensuring your companion is not placed into situations that might be concerning. I understand how difficult it can be to trust someone with your best furry friend, and you can rest assured I will care for them as I would my own. I will follow your instructions without deviation- after all, who knows your pet better than you? I believe in minimally intrusive/aversive training, and I am an avid clicker trainer. If your dogs need a little work in the training department, this is something we can also discuss. I can help with obedience, house manners, and more. Training can be fun, positive, and strengthen the human/canine bond. I have a completely clean background and I believe in honesty, integrity, and I have a strong moral compass. If you hire me to pet sit in your home, you can feel at ease knowing that I would never violate the trust you have placed in me. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon! I have a highly flexible schedule, and I can cater to your pet's needs throughout the day or evening. Overnight stays are available less frequently, please contact me for availability. Safety is my top priority for your pet(s). I am highly cognizant of potential hazards (open doors, loose fence boards, poorly fitted collars/harnesses) and will always check that I have created and maintained a safe environment for them. I will be communicative with you and ensure that I check in and check out, so you have peace of mind that your companion has been thoughtfully cared for.

About: I grew up in a pet living home. Experience with all types of breeds and behaviors. Let me care for you pet just how you want it. I work from home and have plenty of extra time for walking, pet care and playing with your pet. They won't even realize you are gone until you return. My care is individually created based on owners preferences and wishes. If medications are needed I have years of experience with giving meds to cats, dogs and exotic pets.

About: I began pet setting as a child when friends and family would go on vacation. Growing up with some livestock, I especially love working with farm animals since I no longer have any of my own. My pet care experience ranges from household pets to steer, donkeys, chickens, goats, even emu! I work in the office two days a week and work from home the rest of the time. Work flexibility allows me to have a comfortable environment for pets. I have a fenced in yard with room for pets to run and a living room that is a big open space for dogs to play. (The actual living room is set up is in a second bedroom!)

About: I have taken care of pets since I was very young, my family's and others as well. I currently have a dog who is older and anxious, so I have to care for her needs specially. This is my new full time job, so I can watch or walk your fuzzy friends any time! Later morning, afternoons, and evenings are preferable times. I am very quiet and gentle with pets, especially anxious ones. If they have special needs then I accommodate their needs in whatever way I can. I have experience in caring for elderly and disabled animals. I also have a tick remover, just in case.

About: I have had dogs since I was born. I can't imagine a life without them. I have had a pet with health issue as to were I had to give injections periodically, so that shouldn't be an issue. I am currently retired. I have a lot of free time to spend time with your pet and give them exercise and lots of love! At this point I prefer for go to the pets home. I do not have the 9home space at the moment and I feel they are most comfortable in their own environment.
