About: I love animals. I'm willing to listen and do exactly as you say regarding the care of your baby. You know exactly what your baby needs. Waking up and having coffee with my roommate's fur baby is the best part of my day. And boy does she let you know if I'm unable to have coffee with her. Helping one of my elderly good friends with her cat and dog means the world to me. She gets to keep her animals in the home and I get to spend time with more animals.
“Jane was great with Lily and Joe. She really helped me out at a time when I had broken my foot and was unable to walk the dogs. She was friendly, prompt, and got the job done. I would definitely recommend.”
“I cannot brag enough!!! The amount of professionalism and care is top notch. The boys love her, and her communication is amazing, Highly recommend and would provide a reference any time!!!”

About: My saying is always “your pets are my pets” because I do truly believe all critters deserve the same amount of love, respect and compassion I grew up on a horse boarding ranch so I’ve taken care of ALL types of animals throughout my life.(: I work 4 1/2 days a week and would love to spend my days off helping others by taking care of their pets while they are away. I have a fully fenced yard and live a very active lifestyle so if your pet needs extra exercise, I would love to take them for walks, runs, hikes or just playing fetch in the backyard!
“Mikki was great with our pup! It felt good knowing our baby was in good hands, and being taken on nice long walks. She was also very kind to our kitten. She even went above and beyond and cleaned up after our pup had an accident, when we never required it of her. Will definitely be using her services again ?”

“I cannot recommend Joyce more! She was able to accommodate my last minute dog walking request after a family emergency. She is fantastic and I will definitely continue to ask Joyce back for all of my dog and cat services!”

About: I’ve had over 10 years of hands-on experience caring for animals, including dogs, cats, and farm animals. I grew up on a farm and have worked with a variety of animals, especially horses, which I’ve been riding and caring for since I was 6. I also currently own two dogs and a cat, so I’m very familiar with daily care routines, behavior, and different temperaments. 🗓️ Flexible availability – I work around your pet’s schedule! • Early mornings (before 9:30am)• Midday visits (with advance notice)• Evenings (after 4pm)• Overnight stays available• Weekends available (drop-ins preferred) ✨ I do my best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible—just reach out! Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I always take time to understand each pet’s routine, personality, and any special needs to ensure they feel secure and cared for while you’re away. I provide a calm, clean, and pet-friendly environment where animals can feel relaxed and at home. I closely monitor pets during all visits and follow your instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, medications, and any specific care guidelines. I am experienced with dogs, cats, and farm animals, and I understand how to handle a variety of temperaments and energy levels. I always prioritize positive interactions, safe handling, and creating an stress-free experience for every pet in my care. I’m also experienced in pets with diabetes as my dog has diabetes. Communication is very important to me—I provide updates and check-ins so you can feel confident and connected while your pet is with me.
“Hannah is very reliable and accommodating of our crew’s individual needs. I really appreciate her communication and consistency! It’s so hard to find people you can trust with your animals, but Hannah is definitely one of the good ones!”
About: I have loved cat and dogs since I was 5, I have taken care of them since I was about 6. I love animals and want to make sure that they feel loved and safe when I am with them. Though I am a full time student in college, I am able to take care of animals as often as needed. Your fur baby is my priority. I have 3 cats in my home. One is very child-like (loves to be held like an infant), another wants you to play toss-the-toy as often as possible, and another is food-obsessed. All are indoors. I give them all love when they ask for it. They are fed twice a day. Litter boxes are changed every other day. I used to have a pupper, but she passed away back in 2020. I fed her special cancer-fighting foods (safe for dogs) daily, took her on walks/daily outings, provided lots of fetch/toy time, and maintained daily fur/skin care routines. Your baby is safe with me; they will be well-loved and looked after!
About: I’ve worked with cats and dogs from all walks of life. I have a wide range of experience from working for an amazing rescue called Canine Connections and personal experience. Canine Connections rescue is a program within the Washington state juvenile institution that teaches the juvenile residents how to care for and work with cats and dogs. I was an employee and ran this program within the juvenile institution. We would take in puppies/dogs from local humane societies to train them generalized life skills, walking skills, and take complete care of multiple dogs at one time. We worked with dogs of all different sizes, ages, and breeds so during the training it was important to determine target behavior that the individual dogs would need to succeed in their future furever home. The puppies/dogs would be posted for adoption once they’ve gone through the program and training. I have experience with all types of handling equipment (front/back harnesses, gentle leader, prong, etc.), walking skills/basic obedience training, and the everyday care of dogs who are timid with people and/or other animals to very excited and distracted dogs. We trained dogs with positive reinforcement, which includes a lot of patience and treats, and taking the time to learn what the dogs strengths and weaknesses are to be successful. We also had a program that socialized and cared for cats and kittens while they waited to be adopted. I realized that I have a passion for working with animals, and I would love to continue in this field since I recently moved to this area for my new chapter in life. My friends and family have come to me over the years to assist with problem behaviors and care for their pets. I have 3 dogs of my own that are apart of my family, they are 2 pugs and a Newfoundland so I have years of personal experience working with small and large dogs. I hope you choose me to assist with the care of your furry loved one, and become someone you can trust to enhance your animals life and give the care that our animals deserve. I am available every day of the week and have a flexible schedule to make what works best for you and your pet. I have a lot of experience working with my own dogs and in a kennel that requires 24/7 care. I can provide care by providing activities of physical and mental exercises inside and outside the home to basic care of feeding and letting out to go to the bathroom. I am experienced with walking and training dogs, and I also love to just hang out with an animal for their entertainment (if you find yourself talking to your pet like a human then I’m the perfect person for you - I’m pretty sure my pups can understand everything I say to them & they talk back in their own way). I have dealt with animals who eat anything that’s up for grabs to a very specific diet. I understand the importance of routine for our animals and will respect what you need for your pet. For special care - If you need to make a very detailed list I would love for you to share with me and know it will be followed. I am comfortable and familiar with oral medications from puppies/dogs at the rescue I worked at and dogs of my own. My pugs are higher maintenance so I am familiar with medications administered by mouth, ears, and eyes. I also love to brush and maintain animals fur/coats, it is really a good way to bond if your animal is comfortable with it. I am currently going through a grooming course, and I have experience of my own from my personal dogs and working with puppies/dogs at the rescue. This includes working with animals that do not like or are new to grooming. I am mainly experienced with simple brushing and bathing, so I will stick to that level for now and I hope to be a groomer in the future once I’ve gone through my course and gained experience. You don’t have to worry about coming home to a fresh bob cut on your pet, luckily I have dogs of my own to practice on for now! If you would like me to brush out your dog and bathe them then let me know!
About: Keeping pets happy and healthy has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. I adopted my chocolate lab Chewie when he was just 5 weeks old and have been loving on him for the last 5 years. I currently live with 5 dogs and care for two, ranging from an 8 year old bit bull mix, to a 1 year old German Shepard mix, a 5 year old Husky, and two 100+lb labs. I go on walks daily and try to give them the best lives possible. Exercise and overall health/wellbeing are all strong passions of mine as well. I try to walk at least an hour every day. If I can help other families by taking their pets out for walks or spending one on one time, then that is a win win for me. I am currently a stay at home mom so my schedule is flexible. It is important to me that pets get optimal attention and love which is exactly what I provide for my own dogs, as well as others when they are under my care.
About: I am an experienced caregiver of pets. In my family is Otis the dog, cats Earl and Sarah, a Galah Cockatoo named Warren and Henry and Marty McFly the budgies. Otis gets along with both dogs and cats and loves to have a buddy to romp with in the yard. I have met some of the most wonderful caregivers here on Rover who helped when I’ve needed to go out of town and would love to help other pet parents when they need to be away for a time. I will provide photos and keep you updated for your peace of mind. I work part-time night shift. My schedule varies but I have lots of availability for feathered and furry friends. Please feel free to check with me about your pet care needs. I have a fenced yard and can provide supervised outdoor playtime or cuddling on the couch. Our dog Otis loves company and to have playmates visit. He gets along really well with other dogs and with cats.

First time trying out Rover. My dog Eva can be stubborn when it comes to warming up to new people, but Raegan was able to get her out for a short walk, which is more than I had expected given my pup can be very shy and doesn’t ever like to leave her space with anyone but me.
