About: I grew up on a rural farm, so animal care is no stranger to me! I was also an active participant in 4-H and FFA. I love caring for peoples' fur babies. I have several references as well. About: I have loved cat and dogs since I was 5, I have taken care of them since I was about 6. I love animals and want to make sure that they feel loved and safe when I am with them. Though I am a full time student in college, I am able to take care of animals as often as needed. Your fur baby is my priority. I have 3 cats in my home. One is very child-like (loves to be held like an infant), another wants you to play toss-the-toy as often as possible, and another is food-obsessed. All are indoors. I give them all love when they ask for it. They are fed twice a day. Litter boxes are changed every other day. I used to have a pupper, but she passed away back in 2020. I fed her special cancer-fighting foods (safe for dogs) daily, took her on walks/daily outings, provided lots of fetch/toy time, and maintained daily fur/skin care routines. About: My friends and family have come to me over the years to assist with problem behaviors and care for their pets. I have 3 dogs of my own that are apart of my family, they are 2 pugs and a Newfoundland so I have years of personal experience working with small and large dogs. I have a lot of experience working with my own dogs and in a kennel that requires 24/7 care. I provide daily exercise and care for my 3 dogs. I can provide care by providing activities of physical and mental exercises inside and outside the home to basic care of feeding and letting out to go to the bathroom. I am experienced with walking and training dogs, and I also love to just hang out with an animal for their entertainment (if you find yourself talking to your pet like a human then I’m the perfect person for you - I’m pretty sure my pups can understand everything I say to them & they talk back in their own way). I have dealt with animals who eat anything that’s up for grabs to a very specific diet. I understand the importance of routine for our animals and will respect what you need for your pet. For special care - If you need to make a very detailed list I would love for you to share with me and know it will be followed. I am comfortable and familiar with oral medications from puppies/dogs at the rescue I worked at and dogs of my own. My pugs are higher maintenance so I am familiar with medications administered by mouth, ears, and eyes. I also love to brush and maintain animals fur/coats, it is really a good way to bond if your animal is comfortable with it. I am currently going through a grooming course, and I have experience of my own from my personal dogs and working with puppies/dogs at the rescue. This includes working with animals that do not like or are new to grooming. I am mainly experienced with simple brushing and bathing, so I will stick to that level for now and I hope to be a groomer in the future once I’ve gone through my course and gained experience. You don’t have to worry about coming home to a fresh bob cut on your pet, luckily I have dogs of my own to practice on for now! About: I am an experienced caregiver of pets. In my family is Otis the dog, cats Earl and Sarah, a Galah Cockatoo named Warren and Henry and Marty McFly the budgies.
