“It's easy to find someone who can walk a dog or swing by your house and feed a cat. It's a lot harder to find someone you can be confident will give your pet the focused attention you hope for when you hire a petsitter. Kim has pet-sat my 2 dogs and 2 cats on countless occasions over the last 8 years for up to a month at a time. She's also provided daily care, taking my dogs to parks and on walks while I'm stuck at work all day. I come home to happy, healthy, tuckered out pets. In addition to her natural rapport with animals, Kim's professional background in veterinary medicine and meticulous attention to my pets' behavior means if anything is amiss, such as a pulled muscle, Kim catches it immediately, informs me, and knows how it should be addressed. For anyone traveling, for work or pleasure, knowing that your petsitter has a detailed understanding of the signs and symptoms of injury, illness, and stress is a great comfort. Did I mention that when my dogs spend time with Kim they actually come back better behaved? Kim's own dog is a service animal and competes nationally in agility. While her focus is not on training other people's dogs, mine already wait and heel better after having spent just two days with her! Kim also is great house sitter.
