About: Hi, I’m Kelley! I’m a professional dog trainer with over 10 years of hands-on experience working with dogs of all breeds, ages, and sizes. My journey started early. I began working at a veterinary office at just 15 years old as a kennel technician and assistant, where I built a strong foundation in animal care and behavior. From there, I expanded into training and spent 5 years in Hawaii working as a private contracted dog trainer, gaining extensive experience with a wide range of dogs and client needs. I mainly train basic to advanced obedience and service dog training but also have experience with training hunting/bird dogs and protection work. Because I work from home and on my property, I’m able to provide constant supervision and hands-on care throughout the day. On a weekly basis, I rotate between private training sessions, board-and-train dogs, and client visits, so I’m always actively working with dogs in a structured and intentional way. This setup allows me to give each dog consistent attention, routine, and progress while they’re in my care. Care varies depending on the service, but all pets receive structured, attentive, and individualized care. In my home, dogs follow a consistent daily routine that includes exercise, training, enrichment, and rest. About: I've taken care of many pets of all ages, such as friends & families, & pets of my own. I know how to be their support companion. I'm available: All Sundays & Tuesdays all day, and in the afternoon to evenings Monday, Wednesday, Thursday Not available: Fridays and Saturdays. Mornings on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday I give my pets a lot of love & care. I let my puppy get his energy out. I remember to give my cat her snuggle time. About: I have 3 dogs ranging from 1-10 1/2 years of age. We have done the puppy stage three times so I’m used to that and willing to help. I know how stressful it can be if you need to go out of town and still have a puppy at home that needs a little more attention, let me help you with this! I’m not afraid of any dogs I just need to meet them first before agreeing to a job just so that we know it’ll be a good fit. I’m currently working full time 12 hr days. So I will not schedule myself when I’m working unless of course this works for you. I’m just looking to see if I can help some people while they travel or need someone to come and check on their pets while they are away. I currently live on 2.5 acres so having dogs come to my house will not be a good fit. We have 3 dogs and sometimes sit for family and friends and their dogs come over and we closely watch them while outside so they don’t venture off into the woods. Right now I’m just looking to see if I can help with checking in on pets or walking them or even possibly house sitting if need be. I know how important routine and familiarity is important so I would like to meet the pets with the owners before agreeing to a job and this way we can make sure the pets are comfortable with me and also we can go over dos and don’ts with your pets.

“Brie is so great! We haven’t left our dogs with someone off of Rover before for more than a night, and Brie made sure we were always updated and put our minds at ease for our full week trip. We never once had to worry about any of our 3 large dogs (all are rescues with their own quirks or on daily meds) it was SUCH a relief. Texting Brie throughout our trip was like texting with a friend! The pics of the dogs were so good and always very cute or funny. She even came over to meet the dogs one evening before the trip and then we did a trial run as well on a separate occasion - we really can’t say enough good things! She never judged my crazy dog owner ways. She even took care of our axolotl and fish! The axolotl eats live earth worms so it’s not for the faint of heart but Brie jumped at the chance to help! :) We will absolutely book with her again. Today is our first full day back home and I can tell the dogs are missing her! Especially our senior dog- he keeps going to the window looking for her! Truly can’t wait to book again with her!”

I’ll discuss this with you during the meet & greet and consider factors such as your pets’ needs and schedule, the distance from my home, and my family’s schedule at the time of the booking. If I’m not staying overnight, I’ll typically spend the day with your pets and head home around 9:30–10 PM, returning around 7 AM the following morning. I’m happy to spend as much time as needed during the day to provide plenty of quality time, attention, and care while you’re away, and I’ll work with you to create a routine that keeps your pets comfortable and your home well cared for!
