About: I have grown up with both dogs and cats ever since I was very little and I have always loved taking care of them. I live at home with my parents and I have lots of experience watching our two dogs and cat for weeks at a time while they are traveling. (Note: neither my parents, or pets will be anywhere near your pets, as they are going to be in a separate part of the house. The house also has a huge backyard, sitting on over an acre with tall fences. I also keep plenty of toys on hand so you can be sure your pets are getting the love and care they deserve. I currently work from home and have a very flexible. schedule all throughout the weekdays and weekends so your pets will be cared for during their entire stay. I also do not leave our own pets unattended for more than a couple hours so the same can be expected for yours as well. Pets can expect over an acre of enclosed backyard, so plenty of room to run around and play as needed. Bathroom breaks will be given at least once every 1.5 hours - 2 hours and will be supervised the entire time as is standard with our own pups. We also have a cat and two small dogs in the house, but they will be upstairs and away from your pets during the visit.

About: I have been watching my family dogs since I was a kid. looked after childhood german shepard until she was 18 and raised my family basset hound and husky from puppies. trained my family husky during the pandemic. I love dogs and animals and am looking forward to meet so many more :) I am currently only working for my family dogs (no job) so I have plenty of time to work for more dogs part time :) I love dogs and will treat every dog with the same gentleness and loving that I would provide in my own home. I will not let your dog get away with doing something they are not supposed to but of course kindness to your family member is my priority.

About: I’ve had dogs since I was 5 years old, my senior girl I’ve had since then is 18 yrs old and still going strong! I have two big Great Pyrenees/ Saint Bernard mixes and we take them on walks regularly. I work a nine to five and am free on weekends, so I hang out and take care of my pets in the evenings when I get off work. I don’t currently live at home with my pets so I don’t get to see them as often as I would like because I’m in school. My dogs live with my parents and we have a fenced in yard and a space in our house just for the dogs. I live by myself though if your dog isn’t comfortable around other animals!

About: I have my own dogs and I’ve watched my families dogs as well. I’d say I definitely have experience in taking care of them so it’s not a worry. I’m a full-time student with availability Sunday through Tuesday. My schedule is limited, but I’d love to spend time caring for your furry friends! I raised her while going to school for my certification from 12 weeks old. I practice positive reinforcement with balanced training. We work hard and play harder, and love an active lifestyle. I’m a stay-at-home mom and I intentionally keep my schedule open so I can provide consistent, attentive care. I enjoy staying busy and working with animals daily. Available 7 days a week, typically 9am–9pm. Weekend availability varies based on client needs. Animals in my care are treated like family, but with structure. I provide clear boundaries, routine, and guidance so pets feel secure and understood. Pets are given time to play, eat, potty, train, and rest. I incorporate basic manners and calm behavior into daily care so they’re not just being watched—they’re learning. I have a young child in the home, so I need to know ahead of time if a pet is sensitive or reactive around children. Requirements: Up-to-date on vaccinations (including rabies) No intact dogs over 2 years old Must be safe to handle in a home environment I also use long leads when appropriate to safely allow freedom while maintaining control, which is helpful for recall and behavior work.

About: Since I was 17 years old I have loved taking care of pets. I have a majority of experience in dog sitting but I have cat sat for family friends over the last couple of years. Whether it has been family, friends, or even roommates, I have dog-sat for long and short periods for a wide variety of dogs and dog personalities. I have done my time doing the typical neighbor dog walk in my hometown, but as I have gotten older and lived in other parts of Oregon I've had more diverse experiences. One terrier who I have the most pet-sitting experience disliked touching and getting pets, but I still gave him plenty of walks, play, and quality time. I love pet sitting because they provide a huge impact to everyone who wants to leave their pet in good hands. I am new to the Vancouver/Metro area, looking for work all around. I might be working for a non-profit 4 days/week, but I am available. Overall I have high weekend availability and would love to watch your dog! About: Hi my name is Sheldan! I’m a mom to 2 boys (5yr old & 3yr old) who have a lot of energy! I’m a stay at home mom so we are home all day every day. I’ve always grown up with animals, dogs, cats, chickens, and even a hedgehog. I’m a huge animal lover, if I could rescue every animal in the shelter, trust me I would! I was on Rover for a little bit back in the summer months of 2019 and 2020-2021 then life got a little busy so I took a break. Both my kids grew up around our German Shepherd who passed in early 2024. We love to be outside and take our daily walks or bike rides when it’s not too hot out! I’m energetic, have a bubbly and fun personality and super easy going, hopefully you’ll get to see that! I’m a stay at home mom so my schedule is pretty open and flexible! During the summer months we are very flexible and available. My home is currently baby proofed so we don’t have anything lying around that could be harmful to your pet. We do not have a fenced in yard.
