“I have known Brandi for a few years now, and am even more impressed with her than before. She is dedicated to her dogs, is ready to learn new ways, and genuinely appreciates the animals in her care. I would have no problem whatsoever leaving one of my precious fur-babies with her, knowing that she would be sure to feed and water them on time, play with them, and keep their areas clean. She most importantly, understands dogs and how to work with them. Her dogs are always happy and fun to be around.”

About: I have lived in a family that has owned pets my entire life. Due to my current living situation and income, I can't own my own at the moment, but I would love to care for yours! I have experience with both dogs and cats. Big dogs definitely don't scare me (in fact I love them! And lived with a Great Dane for a while). I have also worked at, and been a director of, horse schooling programs where I am in charge of caring for much larger and more expensive animals than the typical cats and dogs. I've house-sat for my family before using Rover, including medium/large dogs, several cats at once, and elderly animals requiring additional care. My schedule is VERY flexible right now so I can care for your animals at whatever times are needed! However I am looking for a regular job right now and may not be able to commit to scheduling too far in advance since I dont know what changes may be made to my schedule. I am very open to adjusting to whatever care your pets are used to. Just let me know their "rules" and I'll make sure they follow them. Has to be crated at night? Done. Allowed on the couch? I'll snuggle up with them. Have to do tricks before treats? Absolutely. Whatever you want. I want to make the time you're away as consistent as possible for them.

“Emily.first great impression! Direct, confident, and quite obviously, thank goodness knows her stuff.”
17. Amber E.
“I can't say enough great things about Amber. She is a phenomenal caretaker and has such a way with animals. And I highly recommend Amber if you have pets with special needs, as I have had. I met Amber about 3 years ago on Rover when I had just moved to a new city and needed someone to care for my senior dog as boarding her in a traditional kennel or day care was not an option. When Amber came for the initial meet and greet, I knew that I had met the right person to take care of her. She came to my house for walks and then when if we would be away, she would come check on her three times daily. If Sophie (my senior dog) wasn't up for a big walk, Amber would sometimes just sit outside with her or just give her a little extra love and attention at the house. She always sent the best pictures, and I could see that my dog absolutely adored her. As she has veterinary experience, she was very helpful when my dog had an injury, and then again was loving and supportive when it was time to make the final decision to let Sophie pass. A little over a year ago, my family adopted a rescue dog and once again, I called on Amber's help and training. My new dog (Mia) was scared of anything and everything and Amber was able to gain Mia's trust. Mia loves her "Auntie Amber". She is a true professional and it is evident that caring for animals is absolutely her calling.”

About: I have been Dog/house sitting since i turned 16 years old. I have about 15 families that trust me with their fur babies while they are gone. I work 4-6 hour shifts part time, so plenty of time to be with your pup while you are gone! My work shift is the longest I would leave your animals with out me. While staying in your home I want to keep as close to your animals routine as possible. During the meet and greet I would love a little walk through of the typical day. Notes and reminders are always appreciated for me to look back on during my stay:) I like to send at least a text a day with a picture and an update, but I will always text back asap when reached out to. Lastly I can assure you your house will look the same, if not better then when you left it.

“So good with my puppers! Assertive, timely, and respectful. And she remembers to check the water which I feel like often gets forgotten! Just overall I’m very comfortable with her taking good care of my dog.”

About: I have a lot of experience with animals I have 4 dogs and 4 cats and have had more in the past. I give all the dogs daily walks twice a day and I take them out to go potty every hour on the hour. I can also bathe your dog/cat and brush them. I can also play with them and watch them for you and give them walks. I also have really flexible hours. I adore pets so much and just love helping people out with them since they can be a handful sometimes but I can definitely help you out. I won’t let you down and I will do everything in my power to have you satisfied with what needs to get done. I am currently working part-time so I will have a lot of time to take care of your dog or cat. I am available all week. I have a fenced yard and live close to a park I always take my dogs too.
