Karine completed a detailed questionnaire at the Meet and Greet which ensured that she knew all of Stanley's needs, routines, etc. When we dropped Stanley off for his stay, Karine and Ryan were friendly, confident and reassuring. Karine sent us great pictures and updates throughout our trip and really made us feel that Stanley was the top priority. When we picked Stanley up, it was obvious that he had really enjoyed his stay - while excited to see us, he was not anxious in any way. Can’t say enough good things about Laurie!
