I have been an animal lover my whole life, but didn’t truly realize my appreciation for them until high school when I started pet sitting (over ten years ago!) I would watch my friends’ pets when they were on vacation, and felt compelled to make the pets’ stay with me a vacation as well 🐶😊. Since I started watching dogs I always considered them my PIC (partner in crime.). I take them with me on all my adventuress! They meet all my family and friends, and I have even taken a dog on a weekend trip to Block Island (with owners permission of course!) These days, I am home most of the day. I have a small business, which I run out of my home. I am home for majority of the day, but often have to step out for no more than 2 hours at a time. I typically give dogs 2 long walks (30-40 minutes) a day, and take them out in the yard and small walks down the street at least 5 times a day. They get potty breaks every 2-3 hours. I am a VERY active person. I am a marathon runner and avid hiker. No matter what your dog’s activity level is, I will be sure to tucker them out🐶😂. My typical morning and evening walk for dogs is a mile and a half around the reservoir trail in my back yard. I am more than happy to adjust to match your dog’s needs. I live on a small private street. My family and dear neighbors are all nearby. My large yard, close knit community, woods, reservoir trails and loving family truly is a paradise for dogs🐶😊❤️

Katharine was amazing! She sent detailed updates multiple times a day about what Duchess was up to, their daily adventures, how she was eating, and more — along with lots of photos. She was incredibly accommodating of Duchess’s anxiety and need for slow introductions/interactions. Duchess absolutely loved her and didn’t want to leave when I picked her up! Katharine is such a wonderful sitter and person, and I can’t wait for her to watch Duchess again. Thank you so much again!

Katharine did an excellent job caring for my husky Casey! I could see the happy smile from the photos she sent during each walk. She was on time and took great care being sure to make Casey feel comfortable and happy! It was visible in each photo she sent! I am very pleased with Katharine and I would highly recommend her. Katharine was great!! Our 2 girls were so happy with her. We received regular updates on how we were doing and what they were up to. Definitely looking forward to our next booking with her.
SoBe had a fantastic vacation with Katharine while we were away! She went on scenic hikes, enjoyed loving snuggles, and even joined the family Easter celebration. Katharine sent the most incredible photos and updates throughout the stay. We can’t wait to book Katharine again! She is the best!

Zeitplan
My schedule varies every day. I can be in and out throughout the day, but never away from home for more than 2-3 hours at a a time. I am typically home for the day by 3pm. Some days I am home all day! It really depends on the week.

I live alone and have no pets. I live in a private street with lots of land to explore. I never take dogs off leash when we are outside.
Ein typischer Tag
I wake up extremely early. I am up by 5 drinking coffee. I will wait for the dog to wake up on their own, and when they do, I take them out for potty break immediately. I will do some work at home, and when the sun starts to come up, I take dogs on long walk on the reservoir trail. I will either be home working for most of the day, or have to run out for meetings or other work for a couple hours at a time, but as soon as I come home, I take the dog out for potty and play. Before dinner, I’ll take the dog on another long walk and then hang out and snuggles before bed.
