“Angela was a life saver, she agreed to take in my dog Tank for a couple of weeks on short notice. We did a meet and greet and Tank was cool and comfortable at her place. She sent pictures and let me know how he was doing. Taking him on walks and just keeping him busy. So, if you need a sitter, give her a call. “All I can say is I have found my PERFECT dog sitter. There was a sudden, heartbreaking death in my family. I was in a state of shock, needing to find care for our dogs while my husband and I travel to Oregon with our two kids within 48 hours. Luz was the third sitter I contacted and the first to write back. She responded quickly and was sympathetic to the situation. Her communication was thorough, letting me know she had another clients dog for a few more days and was willing to help. We messaged back and forth and I could tell her understanding of dogs was stronger than average. She spoke of prioritizing safety, boundaries, and was reassuring when I explained one of my dogs is pretty anxious and might need some space to feel safe if overwhelmed. I get nervous about my younger dog being in new spaces because she is so anxious. Luz updated me about how my dogs were settling in from the moment we dropped them off. I received multiple updates a day and a ton of adorable photos/videos. You cannot put a price tag on peace of mind. Overall, I want to include that Luz just made the entire process super easy. From the start she took control of the process and was answering questions before I could ask them. I find this important to add because of how sensitive of a circumstance this was. It was also very last minute. I didn't have time to do any meet and greet or what have you. I needed this to be taken care of and the security that I felt from Luz was priceless.”
