“Kayla was AMAZING. We had never left our animals before (three Aussies, two lizards, and a parakeet), so we were nervous about how they would respond for someone completely new. To summarize, I’m pretty sure they never even blinked at eye at us being gone for a week because they were so happy and well taken care of by Kayla! Every photo she sent (we received daily check-ins!) they were smiling away without a care in the world! We were instantly relieved and felt completely at ease knowing they were so happy. We also had a major plumbing emergency at our home while we were away, and Kayla took care of everything! Even though our home was new to her at the time of the emergency, it was only her first day there, she immediately located our main water line, shut everything off, moved our antique furniture to ensure it wasn’t damaged, and even stayed and communicated with our plumber through the entire thing! Because of her extremely quick response and action, our home was spared from major damage. We are so grateful that we have found her, and we will definitely be asking her back the next time we need our beloved animals and home cared for!”

“While we have used Rover a few times, this was our first time with Krystyna. We had an out of town event and needed someone to house sit our two fur kids for several days. We are “bad” parents and have not done a good job of acclimating our two kids to people, other than close friends. Also, this would be the longest they would not be with us or another family member. However, those challenges did not stop Krystyna from becoming their new friend. Krystyna kept us updated and responded quickly when we had questions about our kids. We would recommend and use Krystyna again!”

As a lifelong animal lover—especially when it comes to German Shepherds (you’ve probably noticed from my photos!), caring for dogs isn’t just a passion, it’s a way of life. I’ve been living with and caring for dogs for over 5 years, and I currently work as an Assistant Manager at a local doggy daycare. About: I have years of expirience working withh all types of animals, and have had many dogs of my own. I am a HUGE animal lover, and will be sure to give any dog all of the care and affection it needs. I have also worked with blind and deaf dogs, big and small. I am available full-time, and love to be out in nature. I am a fire performer, and hula hooper, so i love running around outside rather then staying in all day. I can practice different skills with your dog, as well as try to teach them new tricks. I love swimming, and going to the greenbelts around Austin, and would be willing to bring a sweet companion. About: I’ve loved dogs and taking care of them since I was very young. I currently work at an animal shelter where I regularly give meds, feed, clean living areas, walk, and handle dogs who may be a little more quirky and need more time to feel comfortable with their people/handlers. I know a little training skills, like working with dogs to set before going through doorways and positive reinforcement, but am hoping to broaden my knowledge as time goes on. I have great attention to detail and can keep track of things very well. I work full time typically but my job is flexible, on my days I do work 9-5 I have the ability to leave during my lunch and I have two days off a week. I will take care of a clients dog just the way they would! I know what it is like to worry about who’s care you’re leaving your beloved pets in so I would do everything to ensure that everybody is happy and comfortable!
