For years, I’ve had the joy and pleasure of caring for the pets of family and friends, and it’s become a true passion of mine. I’m the kind of person who can’t resist saying hello to every dog or cat I meet—whether on the street or in someone’s home. When your pet stays with me, they’re treated like part of the family. As someone who considers my own pets to be my “kids,” I take great care to ensure your furry friend feels safe, comfortable, and loved while in my care. I believe every pet has their own unique personality and needs, and I take the time to understand what makes them happiest. I work from home alongside my wonderful pets: Daisy, my 3-year-old yellow lab, and my three cats—George Bailey, Gus, and Little Boo (a once-feral cat who took me a year to coax indoors). While I may step out occasionally to run errands, I’m typically at home throughout the day, ensuring your pet will have plenty of company and care. Kristen was extremely flexible last minute but my schedule changed again and did not end up needing the service. Despite the inconvenience to her, she was very professional. I would highly recommend her to others simply for her communication and professionalism.
We were nervous to entrust our 13-lb Morkie, Miles, with anyone. 15 years old this November, incontinence, (yes he wears dog diapers), partial blindness, and early dementia are primary areas he contends with. When I picked up Miles up after the first day, he was just fine: partially wore out, clean, and ready to eat! We were pleased and immediately rebooked for the following day.
