While I do not have a fenced yard, your dog will get plenty of outdoor exercise and socialisation. Inside, I offer an incredibly spacious layout designed for canine comfort. I have a dedicated separate room and a large, finished basement where guest dogs can freely play, run around, and sleep securely. To ensure a safe, healthy, and clean environment for our young toddler, our own dog, and your pup, I ask that all guest dogs be fully potty trained and up-to-date on all vaccinations. Beyond offering a fun environment, I bring peace of mind. I am highly experienced in administering oral medications, so you can rest assured that any specific healthcare routines your dog requires will be handled safely, accurately, and on time. Because we have a toddler, I maintain a very clean, structured, and safe home environment where all interactions between dogs and children are closely supervised. I treat every guest dog like a member of our own family, ensuring they get plenty of affection, exercise, and personalized care!

What attracted my attention at the beginning was Scott’s long term experience of taking care of dogs and turned a rescued dog into a therapy dog. During meet and greet, Scott was transparent and he told me his life stories particularly with dogs by showing many pictures. He missed his last dog Jack very much. He also patiently learned my dog’s behavior in order to make my dog being less stressful and comfortable during boarding. He was willing to make changes to accommodate my dog’s behavior and he prepared well before I dropped off my dog. He updated me at least once a day with multiple pictures. I could see my dog was happy, playful and tired. When I picked up my dog, Scott reviewed details with me what happened during my dog’s stay. I highly recommend Scott being your dog sitter. About: Hi! My name is Joan. I am recently retired and live on a farm. I have had dogs most of my life and have felt the passion to start dog sitting after losing our 15 yr old beloved dog fairly recently. I sure miss having furry four legged ones around to share my love for dogs, and want to be able to love on yours as I would my own. Having used Rover many times in the past for our own dog over the years, I know how very important it is to find someone you know you can trust to love & care for your pup, that perfect place that you won’t have to worry about them while you hoomans are away, that would be Me! I live on a farm with lots of acreage for running and playing. I also have experience with administering medications if needed. I want to make a worry free home away from home experience for your best friend(s) while mom & dad are away. With being retired, and pretty much a homebody, I will make sure that I will be home at all times to care for your pup. Potty breaks and play time will be frequent, with living on a farm we will be sure and have plenty of walking and running space for your pup. I live on a tucked off the road farm with plenty of acreage to run and play. Our farm is not a working farm, meaning we have no farm animals on the property. I have never crated any of my dogs, therefore I would not be crating yours unless of course you ask me to and provide the crate.
