About: Animals have always liked me, even the ones that "don't like people" have magically liked me and I take that as the highest compliment! I've taken care of a wide variety of pets my whole life, so I'd feel comfortable caring for your furry, scaled or feathered friends like they were my own! My day job is taking care of people as a Physician, so I promise to be kind, trustworthy, loving and patient with your fur babies so they get the care they deserve while you're away. I work remotely with plenty of flexibility in my schedule for drop-in visits, walks or longer stays throughout the Grand Rapids area so your pets can be comfortable and well taken care of while you're away. I am happy to follow any specific instructions for your pets to make sure they have exactly what they need to thrive. Beware, I have been known to give too much love, attention and treats to cute pets...so yours may be spoiled if you choose me to take care of them. About: I live in a condo with beautiful walking trails nearby. I typically walk 3 plus miles a day and would love to take your dog with me. Your fur baby will be cuddled and spoiled with me! About: I’ve taken care of pets almost my whole life! Growing up I had two cats that I took primary care of. Then I had a dog and now a precious kitty. I worked as a volunteer for the humane society for almost 4 years as well. I have experience with special needs animals, senior dogs/cats, puppies, kittens, and everything in between- I even took care of a few ferrets! As a full time university student, I am grateful to have my summer (mostly) free! Other than specific unavailabilities, this allows me to remain flexible and open when it comes to scheduling! I treat all animals I encounter with equal respect and love— with your pet being no different. Being in college has given me further opportunities to offer pet services for my friends and peers, and have earned plenty of experience in drop-in visits! This was our first time using a non-family member to sit for our fur baby, so we were a bit nervous and apprehensive about leaving her with someone she didn’t know. Kyle came for a meet and greet two days before we left and our girl took to him right away! While we were gone, Kyle was amazing at sending pictures and updates on how she was doing, how her day was and all of the fun they had together. Our apprehension was eased the moment we left, because we knew she was in the best of hands. Aside from the love and care he gave her, our home was spotless (and I am very particular about that)!!
