About: I’ve been around animals (dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, and fish!) my whole life! I’ve also helped by dropping by to check on my neighbors animals as well. I’m also going to school for dog training! I’m currently working a full time job, I work 10-7 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday but I can stop by before and after work! About: This account is shared by two people! Alex and Hickory both have 10+ years of pet owning experience, including casual pets, breeding, and show animals. Animals are a large part of both of their lives, and one of the many things that bring them purpose in life. At 19 and 20 years old, both sitters have above average experience for their ages. Hickory is certified in dog training, animal husbandry, and herpetology. Alex is not certified, but has plenty life experiences and volunteer hours at animal shelters such as South Hills Pet Rescue. What animals can we care for? : Dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, fish (both saltwater and freshwater), bearded dragons, geckos, snakes. What animals can we NOT care for? : Monitor lizards, birds, farm animals, bite risk pets, pets needing injected medication. Both sitters are working part time, and have plenty of time to care for your pets. If anything were to come up, owner and calendar will be updated. We own two dogs with PTSD, and are currently in the process of adopting a stray cat with dead tail. Our pets are fed breakfast and dinner, given oral medication, and are given ample time to play outside. Our aquatic pets are fed once daily with fasting on Sundays, and their water is tested and changed weekly.

I currently share my home with a spoiled cat who runs the household, so I know how important it is to find someone trustworthy and dependable when you’re away. One of the biggest advantages I offer is flexibility. I work remotely, which allows me to provide daytime drop-in visits, quick check-ins, feeding, walks, playtime, medication administration (if needed), and lots of attention throughout the day. I’m also available during evenings and weekends. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets. I treat every animal as if they were my own and strive to maintain their normal routine as closely as possible. Safety, patience, and positive interactions are always my priorities. I carefully follow feeding, medication, and exercise instructions, and I provide regular updates and photos throughout each visit. My goal is to make both pets and owners feel comfortable, confident, and cared for.

About: My partner Jack and I love caring for pets! Both of us have been caretakers for pets practically our whole lives, including senior pets and pets with special needs, in addition to small animals like rodents and birds. Whoever you need help with, we’re more than capable. We are so excited to get to know your pets. With us, your pets will get all the attention and exercise they need during your busy day. We are both very attentive to your pets needs and do our best to make them feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. We know just how important your companion is to you, so safety is taken into consideration at all times. We keep dogs on leashes at all times when letting them go outside. I work as a barista at a coffee shop and Jack is an employee at Pitt. Together our schedules allow us to have at least 1 person home for most of the day. On rare occasions when neither of us are home, at most we are away for 3-4 hours. We have a large yard with a lead and 2 cats. Our house is moderately sized, with room for playing and relaxing. We are attentive to feeding schedules and potty breaks.

About: I've been around animals my entire life and have experience caring for a variety of pets. Growing up with multiple pets taught me how to recognize their needs, provide loving care, and keep them safe and comfortable. I currently enjoy going on daily walks, so I'm happy to give dogs the exercise and attention they need. Whether it's feeding, walking, playing, or simply keeping your pet company, I'll treat them like they're my own. I'm reliable, patient, and understand that every pet has its own personality and routine. My schedule is very flexible right now! I recently finished my nursing externship and have a break before returning to school. From August 10th through August 19th, I'm available most days for dog walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting. I'm happy to accommodate morning, afternoon, or evening visits whenever possible. Once my school schedule begins, I'll update my availability, but for now I have plenty of time to dedicate to caring for your pets! When caring for pets in my client's home, I always follow their normal routine to help them feel comfortable and safe. I use a leash for all walks and outdoor potty breaks, and I can crate dogs when needed if that's part of their routine. I make sure pets have fresh food and water, plenty of exercise, playtime, and lots of attention. I'm happy to follow any specific instructions, including feeding schedules, medications (if needed), and any special care your pet requires. I treat every pet as if they were my own and strive to provide a safe, loving, and stress-free experience while you're away.

About: I’ve had dogs and the occasional cat since I was born, including a sweet old lab/doberman mix, a lazy corgi mix, and an anxious westie. I’ve also volunteered at animal shelters from a young age and have watched over many friends’ and neighbors’ pets. I’m free just about 24/7 as I’m on summer break from university. I’m more than happy to stay overnight, stop by throughout the day, and be up early in the morning. When taking care of your pets, all of my attention will be on them and their health, safety, and comfort. Beyond that, I will follow whatever instructions are given to me, as I understand every pet is different. I’m happy to play energetically or sit quietly while your pet gets used to a new friend.

About: I have a true passion caring for animals of all kinds. I actually want to go back to school to become a zoologist or a veterinarian. Animals have always been a passion which is why I genuinely love rover. I have a little hamster who I adore and even take care of my roommates dog when she goes on vacation at times. I care for her dog tollie like she is my own. that’s the type of caretaker I am. Cats, dogs, small mammals…you name it, I can do it.
