Both of us have been caretakers for pets practically our whole lives, including senior pets and pets with special needs, in addition to small animals like rodents and birds. We know just how important your companion is to you, so safety is taken into consideration at all times. We keep dogs on leashes at all times when letting them go outside. I work as a barista at a coffee shop and Jack is an employee at Pitt. Together our schedules allow us to have at least 1 person home for most of the day. On rare occasions when neither of us are home, at most we are away for 3-4 hours. We have a large yard with a lead and 2 cats. Our house is moderately sized, with room for playing and relaxing. About: I can be with your dog almost 24/7 because I work from home. We have a fenced in yard. I have trained 2 adult dogs to do multiple tricks, not take food, not run, and be good with children. Along with 10 plus years of things I have forgotten. I have experience with puppies and would prefer not to watch them. (negotiable) I have twins, and I think two human babies are easier than one puppy. I work from home, have a flexible schedule, a fenced in yard, and live in a suburban neighborhood where I can safely walk your dog/s. We have been dog owners for 15 years until our last baby passed in January at the age of 14. We have 10-year-old twins who love dogs and would love to play with yours, so your dog must be friendly with children. They are responsible enough to not bother your dog if it doesn't want to be bothered with though. I will have your pet with me on a pet bed, couch, or floor near me all day while I work from home. I can let them roam around the fenced in back yard as long as they would like. I am able to take them for walks at lunch and any time after 4:30 pm. We have 10 year old twins who love animals and would enjoy giving your fur baby extra attention. They are also responsible enough to not bother your dog if it doesn't want to be bothered with though.

About: While I am currently unemployed and staying at my parents home, our family dog (Havanese) of 17 years recently passed away in February 2026. Now that my mother is retiring this summer, we wish to fill the empty home, and our combined newly gained free time, with some furry friends! I gave more time to spend with your animals. I have a large yard with 4 leads. Also half of my yard is fenced in. They are never left outside unattended. Will provide daily walks as well if needed. Someone is always home with your dogs but could be crated if needed. At your home if I watch your animals, I am very trustworthy and follow directions to a tee. I respect your home and leave it the same as when I got there.

About: This account is shared by two people! Alex and Hickory both have 10+ years of pet owning experience, including casual pets, breeding, and show animals. Animals are a large part of both of their lives, and one of the many things that bring them purpose in life. At 19 and 20 years old, both sitters have above average experience for their ages. Hickory is certified in dog training, animal husbandry, and herpetology. Alex is not certified, but has plenty life experiences and volunteer hours at animal shelters such as South Hills Pet Rescue. What animals can we care for? : Dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, fish (both saltwater and freshwater), bearded dragons, geckos, snakes. What animals can we NOT care for? : Monitor lizards, birds, farm animals, bite risk pets, pets needing injected medication. Both sitters are working part time, and have plenty of time to care for your pets. If anything were to come up, owner and calendar will be updated. We own two dogs with PTSD, and are currently in the process of adopting a stray cat with dead tail. Our pets are fed breakfast and dinner, given oral medication, and are given ample time to play outside. Our aquatic pets are fed once daily with fasting on Sundays, and their water is tested and changed weekly.

I work as a barista at a coffee shop and Jack is an employee at Pitt. Together our schedules allow us to have at least 1 person home for most of the day. On rare occasions when neither of us are home, at most we are away for 3-4 hours. We have a large yard with a lead and 2 cats. Our house is moderately sized, with room for playing and relaxing. We are attentive to feeding schedules and potty breaks.

I use a leash for all walks and outdoor potty breaks, and I can crate dogs when needed if that's part of their routine. About: I recently relocated from Johnstown to McKeesport and am looking forward to meeting all the new pups in the area! I have been dog sitting for the past few years now and absolutely love it! My family has always had dogs since I can remember. I got my first dog, Ruby, named after the children’s show Max and Ruby, when I was 4 years old. I have loved caring for dogs ever since. Ruby is even still kicking at 18 years old! I now have a second dog, a 2 year old Husky who loves to play. I’ve trained many dogs, older and puppies since I can remember. I make my own schedule for work so I am completely flexible. About: I’ve taken care of my own cats and dogs since I was little. I played with them, walked the dogs when needed, fed them, cleaned out litters boxes or the yard. I’ve played with neighborhood pets too. I work at a hospital, nights. I work three days a week and my typical shift is 7pm to 7am. I get home, sleep for a couple hours, and then I get up. I can do pet care the moment I’m done with work or later in the afternoon. I have two cats personally. They are fed every morning when I wake up, and every evening my boyfriend comes to feed them while I go to work. They have dry food that they can graze on through the day, water bowls out in the kitchen, a clean litter box that is in my own room because that’s where they know. They go yearly to the vet for check ups and shots. And they are always given love.
