Jon was amazing with our rottie who is an angel with us but I know a lot for some people. When I met him for the meet and greet,after a couple of others that did not go so well, I knew immediately he knew what he was doing and could handle my big fur baby. My baby goes to the dog park weekly and loves to play. He knew immediately to take both his really small dog and mine for a walk around the block. He has lots of experience with all types of dogs and is a big dude so I immediately felt he could handle her which was important to me. He was also very accommodating with my trip when we decided to stay a couple of extra days when we got stuck in a snow storm during our VT snowboarding trip. Got lots of pics and videos of her during our stay. My pup even came back home tired and more well behaved then when she left. A++++++++
