“On time, took my pooch for a good long walk, very sweet, great communication.”

“My dog gets better at walking every time they take her out. She and I are both learning new tricks to keep her from pulling and being overly reactive. I'm so happy when I take her for a walk and she actually behaves!”

“Sierra helped us out last minute, and even squeezed in a meet and greet! She was very kind and our aloof pup snuggled right up to her. Will definitely rebook!”

“Hannah is absolutely amazing! She is very responsive to any changes or requests. My dog absolutely loves her and my neighbors have even said great things about Hannah. I’d recommend her to anyone and everyone!”

About: I've always had a love for animals and have been trusted by family, friends, neighbors, and acquaintances for years to help take care of their babies while they are away. I have past experience working in vet clinics and animal shelters, which has led to general knowledge of animal behavior, as well as experience in medication administration. My schedule is primarily wide open to pet and house sitting, with the occasional weekend away. This allows me to be both flexible and available for your needs. I understand the trust put on me as a caretaker and act with the utmost care and respect towards the homes and animals of others.

“Tabatha took great care of our pup - excellent communication, as well. When Franky needs a walk or a sitter, we hope Tabatha will be available!”

About: I was a dog owner for 13 amazing years. Unfortunately, I had to say goodbye to my best friend about seven years ago. Since then, I have found great comfort in caring for others' pets to the best of my ability. I believe in allowing dogs to spend as much time outside as possible through long walks and play sessions in the yard. I also believe that a dog needs mental stimulation in order to be happy, so, if you'd like, I can work with your dog on basic obedience skills and even try and teach them a trick or two! But most importantly, I know dogs need love. Obviously I can't replace you, but I can give them lots of affection until you get home. I make a point to take a walk every day, usually around lunch or right after work (my worst day ends at 4pm) and I'd love to bring your friend along with me! I love being able to spend lots of quality time with your pets when you're away, with lots of cuddles and play time, and maybe a few treats!

About: I've owned and taken care of pets my entire life. Family and friends have relied on me to watch their furkids for many years. I'm semi-retired and have the time and love to look after your pets. I have experience taking care of horses and chickens as well. I am semi-retired and have plenty of time to walk, play with and love on your pets. I love just hanging out and snuggling, or going for long walks. Our yard is completely fenced in, and there are great trails from our house for walking and exploring. We have two small dogs, two cats and two kids under eight. We are a loving home where are pets are part of the family.

“Kristen did a great job with my dogs. I always hesitate to leave them with anyone but will definitely use her again! Appreciated all the pictures and her willingness to contact if she didn't know what to do. My dogs also just love her!”

“Brittany was very responsive and kept me up to date with my dogs walk. Since she couldn’t walk them very long because of the rain she stayed and played with them in the house! Will be using her again!”

“Most of the Rover sitters have been great, but we were starting to run into scheduling and response-time problems with the 20-somethings. I decided to try Patricia (started out by walking both our dogs) and she is the mature and responsible dog sitter/walker we've been looking for. We plan to have Patricia do some house sitting for us soon when we can take some badly-needed time away from our business.”

About: For the past 12 years I've worked as a full time dog walker and pet sitter. Before that I worked as a Vet Assistant for which I went to school for. I was trained on handling pets in stressful situations, prepping and assisting in surgeries, administering medications and injections. I'm available for dog walking and pet sitting Monday through Sunday. I have very open availability and can work with the owners to figure out a schedule that works best for them. I service all of Albuquerque. I do not provide services for Placitas, East Mountains or Rio Rancho, I can provide pet sitting in my home. I can do pet sitting in your home and can go by as often as needed for as long as needed. I do not take my clients dogs to dog parks. I also never allow them off leash nor do I use retractable leashes. I can provide my own leash if necessary.

“Emma stoped by and took my 2 out every day while I was working. She did this for a little over a month. There were days it was wet and cold and she took amazing care of my dogs!!! Thank you Emma”

“Aimee is amazing. My dog Myla loves being walked by her. She is always responsive, friendly and willing to help.”

“Brendan has great communicator with a fast response rate. He was kind and patient with Blue and will definitely hire his help again”

“Deja took excellent care of my pup and always gave me report of her daily walks. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and responsible walker!”

About: I have cared for my own pets my entire life, I have been caring for others for about 3 years. I can handle everything from puppies to senior animals. I work from home and homeschool 2 of my kids. We are here as often as needed to help care for your 4 legged family! I have a fenced yard with one friendly dog. I also have a few cats but they keep mostly to themselves. Animals can be separated if needed to accommodate.

“Candice did a great job dropping in and taking our dogs for a walk. I am sure they were sooo happy to see her after almost 5 months😊”

“Eowyn has been great with Danja---having someone who is able to spend some time with Danja during the week has been awesome for us and for the dog! The heat at lunchtime gets Danja tuckered out pretty quickly but Eowyn doesn't just stick her in the crate after she's done her business! She actually spends some time with her as Danja cools off and catches her breath. Although we've only spent a few minutes with Eowyn in person, I can tell by the way my dog is treated that she's very good at what she does! I'm so glad we found her!”

About: I’ve been taking care of many different types of animals for as long as I can remember. I have a 17 year old mastiff mix, a 1 year old whippet mix, and a 9 month old English Bulldog. I enjoy helping in training pets in potty training and basic commands if you would like the help. If there is a certain amount of food or medicine that needs to be given I am happy to do that as well. I’m currently work on base and get off around 1pm during the week but on the weekends and Monday I don’t get off until 5pm every other week so anytime after that I have time to do whatever you need for your pets. I can crate your pet if needed and no matter the walk or play time I'm available to do that for as long as needed as well.

“Nyah is probably one of the best human being when it comes to taking care of pets. Her love for pets is unconditional. From a very young age, she’s always had this immense love for pets hence why she had so many different kinds of pets growing up. Every pet she’s met or cared for has had the best treatment ever. I’ve witnessed this firsthand when she got her third dog and when taking care of one of our friend’s dog. She is easily able to do everything in her power to keep any pet safe and cared for. She would be an excellent pet caregiver not only because of her love for animals but also her great customer service.”
