“Doug kept up with sharing pics and texts with me during my pups stay. The updates kept me from all worries I might of had. Doug seemed to figure out our dog’s play style, and shared with us new tricks Akira and him were doing. It sounded like they really had a fun time. Plus our dog got to meet new friends, go on lots of walks, and had a good amount of attention and treats.”

“Chisa was awesome. She sent us daily updates on Lenny and the pictures clearly showed that he was comfortable in her place. I will definitely trust her with our dog again!”

She was able to accommodate a longer stay, which we greatly appreciated! We felt very comfortable leaving Leo with Myles as she was friendly and her home was dog friendly with a spacious fenced in front and back yard. We would definitely recommend Myles!”

“Erica and Jose are the best! They took such amazing care of Tulio, when we came to get him I could tell that he was thriving in their care. We received pictures and videos of every day of Tulio playing with Erica and Jose’s dogs and it was clear they created a very stimulating and fun environment! “Marci is our go to Rover sitter. She and her pups take such good care of Cooper, I know that he is well cared for and learning all the flexibility tricks of being with other pets, including kittens! Cooper learns a lot being with Marci and with her being in our neighborhood, it’s as good as being at home….even better!!!”

“This was my first time having my dog stay with someone other than a friend and I will admit I was quite nervous about giving him to a stranger so it was very important that both my boyfriend and I felt comfortable with who we chose. I usually leave him with friends and family but in this instance it was not working out so I looked into both Rover and DogVacay. After talking with a few different sitters, both my boyfriend and I felt most comfortable with Mereya. She responded very fast to all of my questions pre-booking, was very understanding of my concerns, and was very accommodating when it came to pick-up and drop-off times. Maverick stayed with her and her fiancee for about a day and a half while I traveled out of town and she texted me photo updates and videos a few times a day, which was very reassuring that my dog was having a blast. If I ever texted her, she was very quick to respond. Since he was there over the New Year, she even took a Polaroid New Year picture of him to take home, which I thought was an adorable idea. When I went to pick up my dog it became clear that he had a good time, as he ran away from me when he realized we were leaving and cemented himself to the couch. Overall, I would completely recommend her and if I ever run into a similar situation again I will definitely be sending my dog back to her and her fiancee. Maverick had a wonderful time staying with them and I would definitely feel comfortable with him going back. :)”
