I had a lot of travel issues and they were extremely flexible and understanding while I tried to figure out when I would be able to pick up Koda. Koda is sometimes nervous in new places with new people and dogs but it was clear when I picked him up that he had a great time and they kept me updated with many funny photos and videos!
