“On time, took my pooch for a good long walk, very sweet, great communication.”

About: I’ve taken care of friends, family and neighbors dogs since I was 11. I love all dogs of all ages and have 2 large dogs of my own. I’m currently finishing up my masters degree and won’t be working all summer so I’ll have lots of availability for walks and drop ins as needed. I have two very friendly dogs but have dog gates and crates space is ever needed or for when I may have to leave home.

“Candace is great to work with. I reached out for dog walking my two rescues. They have some quirks and she manages them well. I’m happy she’s available when I need her. I will use her service again.”

“Sierra helped us out last minute, and even squeezed in a meet and greet! She was very kind and our aloof pup snuggled right up to her. Will definitely rebook!”

“Tabatha took great care of our pup - excellent communication, as well. When Franky needs a walk or a sitter, we hope Tabatha will be available!”

“Justina was truly wonderful to work with this summer! She was very attentive & reliable to work with!”

About: For the past 12 years I've worked as a full time dog walker and pet sitter. Before that I worked as a Vet Assistant for which I went to school for. I was trained on handling pets in stressful situations, prepping and assisting in surgeries, administering medications and injections. I'm available for dog walking and pet sitting Monday through Sunday. I have very open availability and can work with the owners to figure out a schedule that works best for them. I service all of Albuquerque. I do not provide services for Placitas, East Mountains or Rio Rancho, I can provide pet sitting in my home. I can do pet sitting in your home and can go by as often as needed for as long as needed. I do not take my clients dogs to dog parks. I also never allow them off leash nor do I use retractable leashes. I can provide my own leash if necessary.

“Patricia is great and so kind!! We had a crisis over a missing dog leash and she was so flexible and relaxed and made do with what she had. We will be booking with her again!!”

“I’ve been working with Erich for the past week, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! He has been a huge help in improving my dog Cosmo's behavior on walks. Erich has gone above and beyond in not only walking Cosmo but also helping with little training moments that have already made a noticeable difference. He’s incredibly communicative and always keeps me updated, which I really appreciate. It’s clear he genuinely cares about Cosmo’s well-being. I’ve loved working with him and will definitely continue scheduling with Erich moving forward!”

About: I have been caring for animals since my childhood and have several of my own. I am a veterinary assistant and am comfortable with animals of all ages and sizes, as well as with responsibilities such as administering medication, walks, special diets, etc. I work and go to school part time. I have the most freedom on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, but can also periodically check on your pet on the other days of the week. I can do overnights as well. I will work with your pets needs whether that is specific feeding times, a walking schedule, or other routines that you and your pet typically do.

“Coda absolutely adores Jennifer. I saw it first hand when I was home due to an illness and she came to walk Coda when I am usually in class. It was heartwarming to see.”

“Amie was amazing!! She has great communication skills and precisely followed through on everything we discussed prior to Ruby’s walks while I was out of town. Ruby was even better behaved for Amie than she is for us, I cannot recommend Amie enough!!”

“She walked my dog Sophie for more than a year - AMAZING!!!!! I would have been so lost without her. Dependable and loving to my Sophie. Couldn’t recommend her more 😊”

I have three pets of my own, so caring for animals is already part of my daily life. In a client’s home, I focus on keeping pets comfortable and sticking to their usual routine—whether that’s feeding, walks, playtime, or administering medications. I treat each home with respect and always make sure pets feel safe and loved while their owners are away. I keep clients updated with photos and messages for peace of mind.

About: Hi! 👋 My name is Ariana (they/them)! My love for dogs has always been a genuine appreciation and admiration. I love dogs of all sizes, as far back as I can remember my family has always had dogs. Dogs are such genuine and intelligent creatures and even though I'm not in a place to have my own, I love spending time with them. As a teenager, a good friend of mine trusted me to take care of their dogs for summer while they went on their yearly mission trip to France. Send me a message and we can schedule a meeting to meet the doggies and become familiar with them and their routine! I can't wait to meet you and your wonderful babies :) I work as a Substitute Teacher during the school year, so for the rest of summer I will be available full-time. Once school is back in session, I will be available in the afternoons and on weekends. My top priority when caring for any animal, mine or not, is ensuring the animal is comfortable and their essential needs are met. More than that, I want them to be happy. Walks for dogs should be more than just using the bathroom, it is essential for their mental well-being to be able to sniff around and explore. I pay closely attention to body language to give any animal the best care and ensure both mine and their safety and comfort.

“Eowyn walked my dog for a second week in a row and he continued to do very well and responded positively to her visits. I will definitely continue using her dog walking services!”

About: I have past experience in administering medicine including insulin and pills, as well as cleaning litter boxes, picking up dog poop, and feeding bearded dragons. I'm a college student working at a restaurant, but I am available throughout the day between school and work, and at nights. Overall pet sitting fits into my schedule just as well as any average person. I have a cat in my home who is vaccinated and well cared for, so if a pet is coming to my home it must be OK around cats, my cat is also used to dogs and other animals, although I would prefer to watch animals at their house. I care for them by feeding them according to their schedule, always providing fresh water, and taking them on any necessary walks, or runs, and of course cleaning up the poop or puke that occurs.

“Makana always does a great job and is super flexible - which has been a life saver for my boyfriend and I who’s schedules change a lot! So happy we found her to help us out with our pup!”
