“I was nervous about leaving my puppy for the first time and lee made it so easy and smooth. Billie had an amazing time and Lee put my mind at ease by sending me lots of videos and pictures. She's a great communicator and so clearly loves the puppies.”

“Jeff & Beth are fantastic sitters! They sent us tons of photos and updates on our puppy. Our puppy had such a fun time in their enormous backyard, and she is genuinely tired out now, which is really difficult to accomplish. We’re so grateful to have found Jeff and Beth and definitely recommend them!”

“Kristen and Ryan were very welcoming of our pup! They were understanding of her nuances and helped her adjust to a new environment fast. “Karen did a wonderful job taking care of my large dog during a long weekend. When I did an initial meet and greet with Karen and my energetic and somewhat excitable dog, her calm demeanor and knowledge of dogs put me at ease. During my pup's stay with Karen, he enjoyed a long hike through a beautiful park and rolled around in the grass in her enclosed backyard. Karen even got my dog used to a new, gentler harness. From what I could tell, my dog had a great time with Karen!”

“Vanessa was so kind and careful with our pup Gumbo! We were extra nervous because we had to leave him with her for two weeks while he recovered from an injury. Following our vet’s instructions, she gave him his meds, restricted his activity, carried him up and down the stairs, and provided so much loving care. And she sent us lots of updates! Her pup Robin is so sweet too. We’re looking forward to Gumbo’s next stay with them.”

“Mary is absolutely fantastic! She is responsive, a joy to work with, and clearly cares about the dogs in her care thriving and being as comfortable as possible. Finn had a wonderful stay and we are just so thankful to have found Mary. Recommend 100000%!”

“Chad provided a great sit for my 2 dogs. They were clearly well cared for. Between the two of them, they need a lot of meds and Chad willingly dispensed them. They'll be back! Thanks, Chad.”

“Andrea is amazing! We left our dog with her for about a week, and our dog was comfortable the entire time and had so much fun. She’s very sweet and attentive, and our dog gets along so well with her two dogs. We loved the daily updates and photos/videos.”

“Lilly was great with Stitch. She was very communicative and asked lots of questions in advance. Love how she sent pics every day. Stitch would love to stay with her again!”

“Albina was very communicative and sent photos every day showing our pups on their adventures together as well as just hanging out at home. They were very well taken care of and in perfect condition when we picked them up. We will definitely be using her services again in the future.”

“Melina is super sweet, caring and full of positive energy. She is great with communication, very punctual and fast to respond. Our puppy seemed super happy from the minute he met Melina until the end of his stay. We are sure he had a pleasant time and enjoyed his stay. We cannot recommend her enough, we already rebooked her twice and will always do if she is available!”

About: I’m a Fear Free Certified Professional, currently studying animal behavior. I’ve been running my own home based doggy daycare and boarding house for four years. My care is crate-free (unless that's what your pup's preferred at-home routine is,) with regular group outings to trails and the beach. I live in a two level home where the entire downstairs and fenced backyard are just for the dogs! It’s colorfully set up as the coolest doggie social club, but the pups are welcome throughout both levels of the home. They are never forcibly isolated and almost always prefer to be close to wherever I am. I keep my client list small and personal—almost all of my dogs have been with me for years. I don’t aim to pack the house; I aim to give the best experience possible for every dog and human involved. Even when clients start as one-offs, they usually stick around—because I strive to be a resource for dogs and their families. That’s why I call this place a home away from home. If you're interested, I invite you to come by for a meet and greet—see the space, meet me, and let me meet your little one. I look forward to being your dog’s new best friend! Canine care is my daily life. The dogs are with me throughout the day—whether we’re in the yard, around the house, or out on a trail. I structure my routine around their needs, with group outings, downtime, and a consistent rhythm. If my personal life calls me away, I have an amazing assistant Alaina who steps in. She also co-runs the daycare! I focus on keeping things consistent, calm, fun, and full of bonding—play, rest, outdoor time, and enrichment are all part of the daily rhythm. Outside of daycare hours, the space functions as our home too, so dogs experience a relaxed, real-life environment, not a facility. I send updates, pictures, and videos throughout the day.

About: I grew up with 3 dachshunds and pet sat for many years during college. I've also had 2 cats during college that have since passed away. I've worked a summer on a goat farm, fed chickens, and watched pet doves. I have a good presence with animals and people. I am a freelancer and am at home for the majority of the day. I can bring your dog with me to the park and running errands. Sometimes I'm out on client meetings here and there, but am always close to home. We are at the Vespr apartment building which are a dogs haven. Minutes from the lake for morning walks, with a built in doggy spa and run for evening potty breaks. Big windows with sunshine spots for sun soaking naps and filtered water for tasty sips.

Aimee E.
“My 4 year old Aussiedoodle Ruby has been doing daycare and boarding with Aimee for over 2 years. I am so thankful I found her. I'm very protective of my dog and Aimee has become a second parent! Her family has welcomed ruby into their home and ruby is completely in love with each family member. I wanted a daycare that was not corporate or in a warehouse setting where dogs don't go outside. At Aimee's, they go on outings almost every day or hang out in the water park she's built in the backyard just for them! I get photos while I'm sitting at my work desk and know Ruby is living her best life. Aimee is also learning about animal behavior and has helped Ruby break some tough habits that I couldn't train out of her on my own . She has also been supportive through some scary health situations with ruby and I trust her completely with Ruby's well-being. Sometimes I've considered moving to S.F. to be closer to work, but I know I'd never find another Aimee, so it's out of the question. Can't recommend her highly enough!”

Essie L.
“Essie has had several dachshund’s growing up that she cared for. Additionally she has had several cats she took excellent care of over the years. Her cats and dogs were well cared for and I know she will continue to take excellent care of any animal in her care.”
