She sends pictures and updates all the time and when I picked him up after the first day Amy said “I loved having him and will watch him any day, he plays great with the other kids.” It made me so happy to hear her refer to them as “kids”. This was Leo's first time with Amy, and she made us both feel so welcome. She sent photos and updates throughout the day, and at pick-up she gave me a detailed report about how Leo was doing, what he did during the day, and how he was feeling. It was very reassuring and showed how much she genuinely cared about him. Leo is a senior dog, and Amy was very patient and attentive to his needs, which meant a lot to me. I really appreciated her warmth and attention, and I would be happy to have Leo stay with her again.

Jules had a wonderful time. We were in town and neededa sitter on short notice. Monique accommodated us and we were much appreciative and she sent updates throughout his stay. This was extremely comforting for us since this was our first time using Rover or a sitter for Jules. Will definitely call again if the need arises.
I was in such a pinch as Leo isn’t allowed on lot of tourist stuff around Miami and also on the hop on hop off bus and I was hoping that my family from out of country don’t miss out on what Miami had to offer . Karen came as a saviour where I could leave Leo behind and I was surprised . The way she took care of Leo kept us updated of his every schedule and even Leo loved staying there. I am going to use her for boarding Leo whenever I am in town . Highly recommended.
