About: While living in Barbados recently, I noticed a cat that would frequent my back porch and meow at the door. After several bowl-deliveries of cat food, treat bribery, and weeks of patience, she finally let herself come into my home. She had dozens of health issues (a miscarriage, fleas, etc). and I rehabilitated her until placing her in a forever home in NY. Prior to this, I had minimal exposure to cats. Now, I realize I was missing out. Though most of my friends do not own cats, there are plenty of strays in Miami with a few frequent-flyers near my building that I always look for. I usually have cat treats handy in my purse to give them a quick snack and show them some attention.

About: All my life I have lived with dogs, from a very young age my parents gave me a wonderful gift and it was a Creole puppy as they call it in my country, I loved it with all my heart, it died of old age. and from there I felt the need to give time, love to animals. About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life. I am mainly home all day , unless I need to step out to the store. I have a 9 year old spayed female American bulldog mix. My sweetest girl I’ll ever meet. She is super friendly with every other dog whether it’s a puppy to a senior dog :) I am currently a home body , as I am in school . She sent plenty of pictures and videos throughout his stay and Mochi appeared to be having a lovely time meeting the other dogs staying, playing in the backyard and even lounging in bed with her lol. We knew he was good when she was telling us about his personality and it was the same as when he's home with us so surely he was comfortable. We will definitely use her in the future and are grateful to have connected with Paola in the midst of what could have been a really stressful situation for everyone.
