About: Been feeling stressed about your dog cooped up at home? Want your cat to judge a new caretaker in their life? Look no further! I come from an agriculture background, which has allowed me to care for all kinds of pets. Most importantly, I’ve cared for cats & dogs during all their life stages. From puppies and kittens to senior dogs and cats — I know what it takes to administer love and care during all developmental stages of life! My heart is full when I get to see either a happy dog tail-wag or a purrfectly content cat make biscuits. I’ll work with your dog to improve their commands and get their daily zoomies out; your cat will enjoy company and stimulating feline friendly games. I’ll also have their bathroom and medical needs taken care of. I make sure to provide a safe environment for everyone. I will care for your pet according to your instructions. If I am at your home, I will abide by your house rules and care for your pet accordingly. I have a flexible schedule, so I can work with your schedule to best serve your family! At this time I am not hosting animals in my home. I will do house visits and walks. I prefer to take your pet on routes they are familiar with to start. After getting to know your pet, I can take them on walks in new environments to encourage new training opportunities. Please disclose if your pet has ever been aggressive or experiences severe anxiety behaviors. I want to provide a safe environment for your fur baby and myself by being aware of any sensitivities or triggers. Your pet will receive top care while being set-up for success when spending time with me! Book with me & I’ll help make your life a little less stressful — your pet has a friend in me! I have a very flexible schedule and can take care of your pets in the afternoon or evenings during Monday-Friday. With ample notice, I can even take care of your pet in the mornings Monday-Friday. On weekends, I can take care of your pet at any time! I’ll make sure to provide a safe environment for everyone. I will care for your pet according to your instructions. If I am at your home, I will abide by your house rules and care for your pet accordingly. Your pet will be safe and cared for in my care.

About: I have been cat sitting and dog walking for the past two years for coworkers and family friends- and now I’m on Rover too! I’ve got two golden retrievers of my own who I love dearly as well! I am a student at the University of Vermont studying political science and english! During the summers I come home to Anchorage, Alaska. I love all things outdoors- hiking, running, you name it. I have also been working part time at Middle Way Cafe (in Anchorage) for almost 3 years. Because I have grown up with animals, I feel confident in my ability to care for them. I work full time with a nonprofit organization downtown that helps unhoused youths. My schedule is Sunday through Thursday from 2:30 pm - 10:30. My days off are Friday and Saturday. About: Ready to get those paws moving! As an Anchorage local, I know how important it is for our dogs to get fresh air and exercise, regardless of the weather. I specialize in high-energy walks to help burn off those "zoomies" so you can come home to a calm, happy pup. I’m punctual, active, and dedicated to making sure your dog has a safe and fun adventure every time I grab the leash. I currently do not work so I am available 24 x 7 at this time. Plenty of time to offer love & care to your fur babies. I am also available to stay or visit your place if you feel more secure that way. I'm looking for a few ongoing visits as to not only build a relationship with the fur babies but as to make the stays as stress free as possible for both human & pet. I have a 1 bed flat. Plenty of dog parks and places to go for a walk. I do not have a fenced in yard but the dog parks and outside is where we like to he as a family.

About: I have been an animal lover my whole life. I have a pup of my own and have owned dogs and a variety of small and farm animals. I have worked as a dog trainer and volunteer at the vet and rescues. I am very active so long walks or runs are my favorite and I have a soft spot for old animals. I communicate very well. The standards I have for the care of my pets is exceptionally high and I provide that same experience for every pet I take care. I currently work from home so my schedule is pretty flexible. I am available to do check ins or walks multiple times a day, if needed, and also have weekend availability. I am able to drive to your location no matter the day and feed/ care for your animal. I am not able to house pets at my own house but feel absolutely fine going to your location. About: I’m a dog parent of a 3 yo husky mix who keeps me busy. She’s more social than I am, & most days, I’m chasing her around trying to keep up. I like to bike, ski, and play in the mountains, and it’s pretty easy to add another pet into the mix of our high energy lifestyle. Dog sitting was my first job, and I’ve had great experiences with Rover as a pet parent & a sitter I work full time, but I take an hour lunch break every day for dog walks. A typical day starts with a 30 min walk in the morning, 45 mins at lunch, and another 30-60 mins in the evenings. Love to take the dogs hiking, or out to one of the beaches in town, or up on a hiking trail. I have a friendly dog at home, & I require a meet & greet before overnight stays to make sure the personalities work together. Please bring a crate with you if your pet is used to having their own. Please also bring or identify whatever toys, treats, comfort items they can’t live without.

About: I am a Certified Veterinary Technician with many years of experience in the veterinary field and a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, giving me a strong background in animal care and behavior. I have raised and cared for dogs for over 20 years and love playing, walking, pottying, and spending quality time with them. I am also trained to help animals in emergency situations. My dog, Pico de Gallo, is the love of my life, and I would treat your dog/cat/animal with the same care, patience, and love as if they were my own. I work for myself, so any animal that needs care would be worked into my schedule. I can do stop-ins, walks, play time, anything that is needed for your pets to be taken care of. As my calendar fills up, I ensure the times requested for pets come first before overloading my schedule. I would take care of pets in my clients' homes. I would do potty breaks and ensure the house was not used. I would take the dogs for walks and play with them to burn off some energy before bringing them back home, if the owner allowed it. I would also feed and make sure they drank water before I left, updating the owner on how they are doing. Otherwise, I would utilize the spaces given to me ( a fenced yard, etc.). For cats, I would check in on them and make sure they are fed and watered. i would play with them with their toys and then update their owner on how they are doing.
