About: My husband and I lost our great Pyrenees a few months ago. :( We have an older shihtzu and would like to watch another dog because our dog is getting older and does not like to hike anymore. She does enjoy her walks tho. We like all types of dogs as long as they are well behaved and get along with cats and other dogs. Our home is 2,800 sq ft and we have a 10,000 sq ft yard. We can only host 2 dogs max at a time so your dog will be well taken care. We prefer only one at a time tho since we also have a cat . I am currently working part time but work from home most of the time. My husband also works from home . We walk our dog 2 -3 times a day. We like to hike and during the summer and in winter we walk the trails that are right next to our home. I have a fenced yard , but can also crate your baby if you prefer. We have everything needed for a big or little dog.

About: Your pup will be treated like family! I have always been an animal lover and have treated all animals with kindness and compassion. I grew up with dogs (and a variety of other pets) and understand the commitment involved in taking good care of your beloved pet. I love watching Cesar Milan and know that rules, boundaries and limitations are also a key part of making a dog feel at ease. That being said, I'm quite a softy so there are generally very few rules as far as the house goes! :) My yard is completely fenced with lots of room to play. They can sleep wherever they choose and will always get plenty of time outdoors ( if they would like). I love walking and will take your pup for as many walks as you would like. My job is very flexible so while dog sitting I will always be at home and with your dog for the entire duration. I know that calmness and kindness are key to reassuring your pup and allowing them to feel happy and comfortable. About: i had 3 dogs in my life. 2 of the dogs i had. i had since i was born. then i adopted another dog in 2014. wanting to adopted more dogs in the future. i have dogsit before in the past 3 years before i knew about rover. i love and adore dogs. i cant imagine life without one. I do live in an apartment in the 3rd floor on the top. If the dog needs it I can carry him/her up and down the stairs no issue at all. The dog must have a leash for me to watch them i would have the pet come over to my apartment. im around a place where i can take the dog on a long or short walk. the apartment im at is very pet friendly. When I was a kid, I always wanted a dog….but we owned everything except a dog due to our lack of a yard. To solve this, I would knock on my neighbors doors to walk and play with their dogs everyday. About: During my childhood I often spent time with my grandmother and her pack of boxers. Now I have a Boston Terrier named Jack. I can handle a pack of up to 8 on my own I do currently have a job so I can be a bit busy sometimes. I live with quite a few people, we all help out with caring for the dogs in our care. I can usually feed the dogs in the morning and night. I can adhere to your dogs rules, whether you want them on furniture or not, whether you want them crated at certain times or not. I like to bike, ski, and play in the mountains, and it’s pretty easy to add another pet into the mix of our high energy lifestyle. A typical day starts with a 30 min walk in the morning, 45 mins at lunch, and another 30-60 mins in the evenings. I have a friendly dog at home, & I require a meet & greet before overnight stays to make sure the personalities work together. Please bring a crate with you if your pet is used to having their own. “He did a phenomenal job. My husky loves to try to run away but was unable to, and the GPS tracker he has just in case made me feel more safe with the dogs in his hands. He took them on walks, played with them, and gave them the company they needed to not be stressed out. He kept me updated and sent pictures of them during the time away. About: Would love to love on others pets as we unexpectedly lost our dog of 12 years and aren’t ready for another of our own yet I’m currently a stay home mom to a 3 year old daughter, we walk almost everyday and have more than enough time and love to give! We have a shared unfenced yard but walk around the neighborhood daily. We have an open space for playing around and lots of time to give!
