He is also recovering from a back injury, so needs special handling getting on and off of things. Zack was the perfect sitter. In addition my home was not only as I had left it, it was cleaner. Something that had never happened with sitters I employed by knowing them as family or friends. “Erica cared for our little guy Milo who requires someone who has a lot of patience and understanding and at this particular time would be needing additional attention to post manage a recent recovery from where Milo was treated for severe back pain from compressed discs-which gave us reservation about leaving him for 2weeks… but upon meeting Erica and shortly after leaving AK -it was no time at all that we were 100% rest assured that Milo was in good and caring hands. Erica stayed in our home to care for Milo and was so very helpful and considerate. ( not to mention this was during the holidays) Erica was excellent in caring for Milo and was so very thoughtful in sending us photos and updates. My experience includes over 10 years caring for pets. Your pets are a priority, I provide overnight and drop in visits. I keep a flexible daily routine in order to accommodate potty breaks and exercise! Keeping your home secure and well cared for during winter and beyond are a top priority. Your house will remain clean and tidy, I always leave a clients home as good or better than I find it!

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
