She gave them all the love and attention they receive at home—and possibly even more. She even let my pup snuggle in bed with her. It was clear that she loved and cared for them as if they were family. Throughout my trip, I received frequent pictures and videos of my dogs enjoying what was clearly a vacation of their own, complete with plenty of cuddles and belly rubs. I received updates frequently and any questions I had were answered quickly and thoroughly. When I picked them up, they were calm, happy, and completely content. As a busy professional who hopes to travel more, I cannot adequately express what it means to have found someone I trust—literally without a second thought—to care for my fur babies. A truly 100/10 experience. I could not recommend her more highly.
Rui was amazing with our pup! She sent lots of pictures and updates and we could tell he had so much fun! She even gave him a bath before we got home and had all of his bedding freshly laundered. We could tell he got lots of play time because he was super tired when he came home ☺️ We will absolutely not hesitate to use her again!
We found Soumen at the last minute when we needed someone to care for Lilo over the weekend.
